FYI
The Jude 24 DU project once again can't stifle itself on the Coulter subject. Jude 24 posts at about 1500+ per year so the fact that Jude 24 is a leftist troll is difficult to catch. The main trouble is that Jude 24 has "itself" pinged on religious posts and can hold forth on a shitload of godly subjects in the persona of a temporizing, irritatingly open-minded Calvinist sometime Sunday school teacher - a guy who's lost 100 pounds and is training for the the marathon and going to law school in upstate New York and has the time it takes to post this much extraneous crap on FR. It is all a wonderfully whacko deep cover. It was only a few months ago when "he" said he "didn't give a crap" about Coulter, yet he was soon insisting that "we" (!) read Annie out of conservatism because she's vulgar. Jude 24 thinks Ann Coulter is obtuse and that he personally saw Janet Reno wipe the floor with Annie because Coulter is a terrible debater. If you post enough temporizing religious chaff, you can bury anything and Jude 24 has buried that:
1. Thomas is unqualified for the Supreme Court but Jude 24 really likes Ruth Ginsburg.
2. Jude 24 especially likes NPR but he hates Fox News, World Net Daily, NewsMax, and especially Rupert Murdoch, "the malevolent force behind Fox News."
3. He reflexively defends Bill Clinton against the Juanita Brodderick charges and will even hector Freepers about calling Hillary the "Hildebeast".
4. Beloved economist Walter Williams has the wrong ideas.
5. Jude 24 takes the full Murtha position on Iraq.

You have to ask yourself, "Does this Jude 24 joker get to utilize the 'we' conservatives position in the way he does and not get challenged?" Does Jude 24 get to say that "we" should spurn Ann Coulter? That offends me. Jude 24 is dishonest and Jude 24 should get the zot. You get to disagree with me if you've read his last 2000 posts. The Jude 24 project is so pathetic, twitchy, and unable to contain itself that it couldn't even keep off this thread. Ted Rall, an outspoken extremist who's goal in life is to be seen and heard by the maximum number of people and booked himself on Sean Hannity's TV show a few weeks ago isn't a public figure and Annie has therefore libeled him. That's law school? The "law school" Jude 24 was indisposed and some pathetic hack was on the Jude 24 keyboard at the DU cafe. But, Jude 24 did make us pay. He caught somebody in a spelling error. I long for the day when the skulking troll project Jude 24 gets the zot.

Jude24 is supposed to be in law school? Geez, even a pre-Conlaw law school student would have picked up the public figure problem with Rall trying a libel suit against an aside in an OPINION COLUMN (not a news column) by AC. I highly doubt that Jude24 is a law student of any kind.

However, many people are confused about libel law who are NOT attending to law school, though I'm sure you know more about jude24 than I do, and defer to your tracking of his posts--but I stopped at #1. Anyone who can back that crone Ginsburg on the SCOTUS has to be a troll.

If you've ever been involved in fund raising, you'd know there's a world of difference between a pledge and a donation. Pledges are not legally enforceable contracts.
