Unless we see a translation that is different I think we have this:

Proof that Saddam had small amounts of anthrax.
Proof that Saddam would use non Iraqi terrorists to carry out a biological attack.

This is exactly the scenario that President Bush warned about, Saddam giving WMD to terrorists. This is the Mother of all Smoking Guns.

 The L3 and the MSM are still too entrenched with the WMD meme, "Bush Lied, People Died," and the Iraqi "Civil War" to report on Saddam's atrocities. I guess neo-Hitlers get a free ride on genocide from the MSM editors. The day of reckoning for the LL and the MSM will come soon enough. The Blogos will out them for the blind and naive idealists that they are.
