Yeah BUT. Same with marijuana.
Legalize and tax, but the lawyers counselors, and suppliers make too much by having it illegal.
Gambling makes vegas and indians etc lots of money. They will work hard to keep it illegal in any other forms.
Money money money money.

Las Vegas was unable to keep gambling from becoming approved in other states. I can't do it here in Texas except through the state run lottery, but it exists practically everywhere in some form. Even in Texas we can take a gambling boat out 12 miles from shore to play some blackjack.

The corrupt laws that funnel the activity to a few people is just wrong.

If internet gambling put money in the pockets of politicians, congress would pass an Internet Gambling Protection Act.
