Candidate proposes chopping block for 'porn-pimps' Congressional hopeful Zirkle wants to spark debate.
JAMES WENSITS Tribune Political Writer
SOUTH BEND -- Republican 2nd District congressional candidate Tony Zirkle has proposed a four-stage approach to stopping sex- related crimes such as child pornography, rape, sexual slavery and human trafficking.
Stage 4 contemplates the reintroduction of the guillotine and lynch mob into the criminal justice process, although Zirkle said in an interview that he is taking that position "to stimulate debate."
He also said he is in favor of the death penalty. ...

According to Zirkle, debate could fuel discussion of his guillotine proposal but, so far, "no one will debate me."Maybe because you're a fruitcake.

Nah. The tree stump is what's needed: a decent size tree stump was split along the middle with a wedge. The perp [trouserless] was forced to sit on it with his appendages in the slot, and the wedge was pulled out on him amidst the general rejoicing.

Maybe because you're a fruitcake. Ya think?
Makes one wonder what punishment he's reserved for cannibals, serial murderers, satanic sacrifices...

It did happen to real life sex offenders. The latest example I remember reading about was to some monks during a cossack revolt of Stepan Razin, ca. 1671. But considering the educational effect, it is WAY better than guillotine.

Not a bad idea. Chop off the organs of first offenders. Chop off the hands of second offenders. Chop off the feet of third offenders. Chop off the head of fourth offenders.

Use the guillotine IMMEDIATELY on the their 'middle, lower appendage' for guaranteed very low repeat offender rates.

I'd reverse the order you have there.
