BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro — Tens of thousands of mourners packed a square in front of Belgrade's federal parliament building Saturday to bid a final farewell to Slobodan Milosevic, who died while on U.N. trial for some of Europe's worst atrocities since World War II.

Not as much as you'd think. Just prior to Dog-Wag III (Kosovo), any number of people from surrounding countries were posting information on usenet and other forums basically vouchsafing the character of the Serbs and describing Albanians and bosnians as a bunch of barbarians.
