Moderate Republican PAC has forged close ties with Schwarzenegger

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger could find a lot of reasons why the Legislature turned away his public works plan, but Paul Folino wasn't one of them. Folino's participation wasn't happenstance. His informal lobbying is just one example of the close and beneficial relationship Schwarzenegger shares with Folino and the rapidly expanding political action committee he helped establish, the New Majority. Members of the centrist group have donated or raised more than $10 million for the Republican governor's political ventures.

And the New Majority is pushing to expand its influence. The group, which has about 250 members and funnels roughly $7.5 million a year into various political campaigns, is planning to open chapters in San Diego and the high-growth Southern California counties of Riverside and San Bernardino. They could become new sources of money and support for the governor. Its leaders want to expand membership in the San Francisco Bay area and Silicon Valley, and possibly to Arizona and other western states. Supporters of the group say its donations could reach $30 million to $35 million annually within five years. Potential 2008 presidential contenders such as Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and New York Gov. George Pataki have had contact in recent months with New Majority members.

Schwarzenegger's relationship with members of the group goes back at least to his debut in statewide politics in 2002, when New Majority supporters contributed heavily to his ballot proposal to fund after-school programs, Proposition 49. The political action committee is among the governor's top donors since he took office in 2003. It supports moderate, business-friendly Republicans and has endorsed the governor's re-election. Folino has given more than $1 million in cash and services to the governor, state records show, not counting donations from family members or to the state GOP, which can benefit the governor.

A must read for California, Republican conservatives. This details the money trail that propells the enemy from within which currently controls the leadership of the California Republican Party.

New Majority members are not unlike their Democrat counterparts. Bernard Schwartz, a New Majority look alike, sold missle guidance technology to the Chinese communists for personal profit through the cover of a freindly Democrat administration who he lavishly supported. Several New Majority members have been prosecuted for fradulant activities by both federal and state authorities. One New Majority member's ambassadorial appointment is being held up until he pays his federal fines for deceptive business practices.

These business leaders see government as a golden goose, at their disposal, for personal gain. They are driven by personal greed, not principled patriotism. From their perspective, what's good for the market place must be good for the Republican Party and their state/country.

They're RINOs. They want the government to keep its hands off them but they're happy to let it otherwise tax, spend and regulate as it pleases.

New way? Third way? Which ever way, it's not the American way. Truth, justice and wholesome conservative ideals are. These folks wish to subvert our system, and they're no better slinking around in Republican clothing than they were slinking around in Democrat clothing. F them and the horse they rode in on.

Its intentions are far more sinister than that. They want government to join with them in a fascist pattern, which forms super businesses propelled by tax dollars.

Does this sound familiar?

Fascism uses explicit populist rhetoric; calls for a heroic mass effort to restore past greatness; and demands loyalty to a single leader, often to the point of a cult of personality.

Additionally, New Majority enterprises in California, propel illegal immigration. They create a workplace for and welcome cheap, illegally imported labor while simultaneously supporting a state governance that asks society, not them, to pay the bill for its importation.

The silence was deafening in their chambers when the Austrian had kind words in support of the Jim Gilcrest. He got a call and reversed his posture faster than any of his countrymen, flying down the giant slalom at the recent Winter Olympics.

Yep, socialism for the wealthy and penury for every one else. Fascism is simply Communism in reverse.
