The illegals word is all they need. Everyone knows an illegals statement counts more than an American's.

They are known for telling only the truth when questioned by authorities, aren't they?

The story is about a guy holding illegals at gunpoint, right?
I want to know what is wrong with that.
Understand now?

Maybe he has a history of charging an "entrance fee" to his ranch.

The illegals SAID that's what this guy did. Of course, the property owner is guilty and they are innocent of breaking any laws... no, wait... well, you figure it out.
By the way, what are the chances that these ILLEGALS turned around and are in Iowa by now?

Kinda like years ago when I was working for the city of Frisco Texas. I was going to ask some hispanics to move a car so we could get at a water main and my boss said "Don't bother, they're probably illegal and don't speak english for you." He called a cop to get them to move and they understood his english just fine.

Why did he let them go? If he had them at gunpoint, why would he allow them to leave? He could have turned them in, instead he let them go. Was it because they had no money? Just questions. This whole thing smells fishy.

Did you read the article? it said they ran away he did not let them go.

Well maybe his "entrance fee" is just for all the damage they do....cutting fences, ruining watering troughs (which I have heard leads to loss of cattle), garbage and feces left everywhere. Heck maybe they have even stolen from him.
Maybe he is just sick of the whole dam thing.
Either way, I will believe him over the illegals til proven otherwise.

While heading to the truck, the immigrants took off running and were later met by police trying to escape from the suspect.

Don't need any more evidence. El Presidente Bush said "they are only giving statements Americans don't want to give.

Pretty misleading headline....
So what's new?

So he says. So they say. Like I said, this smells fishy. I don't really believe either of them. He denied holding them at gunpoint. Why deny it? That's what I hate about these reports, not enough info.

Or maybe the word has gotten around to all the illegals about the previous rancher who lost his ranch to them. What a windfall, come to America, make allegations and be given American's property as a reward! What a country.

I'll believe the American over those who steal into our Country.

"I hope he didn't demand money. That would make him a total jag."
The rancher might have been trying to get money for the illegals damaged his fence, or other property.
Our case is a little different.
My Pop kept a man who speed off into one of our fields and got stuck. He held the wrecker from coming on our land until the guy could get three hundred dollars for destroying our fence and ruining the field he had just sowed down with grass.
The cops said Pop had every right and stood by him. The guy and his friends were really PO'ed

I tend to as well. If he did do what he is accused of, he is worse than the illegals, he is a traitor.
