As a history teacher you should know two generations is nothing. A blink of the eye.

History is nothing more than event perception. Two generations is more than enough time for the parties involved to evolve to the status of sheep, while outside observers like us seem to perceive events as moving much quicker, hardly allowing for much of anything to pass. Look what happened to this country. In forty years we went from neckties on students in the public schools and sock hops in the gym to assaulting teachers and gang raping cheerleaders in the locker rooms. We went from time honored code of settle disputes after school one on one with skin to going crew against crew with AK's and Uzis. Full auto, of course.

We went from teaching the Bill of Rights as an immutable expression of the Founding Fathers desires to the observation by liberals that the constitution is a living breathing document that can and should be changed to fit the whims of each new generation. In fact the entire takeover of both the educational system and the American government by the liberals and their masters the globalists took place in just about two generations. Just the blink of an eye, Hey?

Have you got kids? If not know anybody with kids in elementary school? Ask what time of year they hold the annual United Nations Day wherein the kids come dressed in the costume of their favorite country and bring in food dishes from that country. Classroom doors are decorated in detail and a contest judging the best doors are held. Guess what nation cannot participate? Well the host nation of course. The USA because that would be an unfair advantage. This has been going on for a generation in the cities. A blink of an eye and we've lost our children to the altar of ultimate evil.

You are forgetting one little important fact. Everyone of the instances you cite, the Europeans lost either politically or militarily (except for Britain, but WWII caused her to lose the empire, so in a sense they also lost). The Western Europeans are suffering from the same disease they had just before they were overrun by the Nazis--strategic malaise (kind of like non-economic Carterism). It is a form of denial that thinks a fanatical enemy can be reasoned with like a normal, rational human being. It is a disease that causes the one afflicted by it to be willing to buy safety and security at the price of making concessions to an insatible opponent who sees your willingness to capitulate for what it is--weakness. (As a consumate predator the fanatical opponent is not appeased by this capitulation but continues "to bite off hunks of meat" from the flanks of an even more weakened prey).
France suffered particularly from strategic malaise before WWII (nothing new), so that even though her forces were at par with the Germans (her navy was even larger and better equipped), she fell within 8 weeks. The EU is about to suffer a major political defeat if her leaders are not willing to stare cold, hard reality square in the face and do what needs to be done to defend their liberties.

If its Muslims vs. Euroweenies, just pop some popcorn and lean back and enjoy...

I would almost feel sorry for 'em if they try anything with the Poles, though - they ain't "Debellicized" (aka deballed) by any any means.

That's true, but we were discussing their ferocity. They lost for two reasons: (a) they were fighting on someone else's land, not their own (people will fight much more fiercely for their homeland than for someone else's), (b) political issues. These reasons are why we lost in Vietnam, of course.

The Euros will be fighting in Europe for their homelands, the Muzzies will not.

You can even be fighting on your own soil and lose if you are poorly led. I think Europe is without strong leadership and the people themselves are more interested in chasing pleasure and material goods than preserving their freedom. I don't think Europeans are as committed to liberty as Americans are. I think they want peace and safety. If they could buy a few more years of same by entering into some kind of semi-dhimmihood status with their Islamic populations, I think they would jump at it. I believe the American Left has the same mentality. I hope I am wrong about this situation. But I believe in the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, which indicate a revived Roman Empire under a leader who I believe will be either a Muslim or a Leftie the Muslims will embrace as well as the native peoples (I am not talking about a "Left Behind" theology, either. I am no Dispensationalist.) The stage will then be set for the Last Battle on the plain of Megiddo in Israel. (It is appropriate that the first recorded battle in history was fought there and that the last will be. Interesting.) See this link.
