In general, I have some issues with the American death penalty system...but, this isn't an American trial, or an American citizen. I say let the punishment be swift and merciless.

I´m sick of his trial that seems to be going nowhere.
Saddam Hussein was sentenced to death in Iraq before he came in power. It would be great to go the middle way and skip this media show (everybody knows he will be found guilty anyway) and just recognize the death sentence he got in the past. It seems that majority of Iraqis want to get it over with and move on, its unbelievable that they let him yell at the judges and tell Iraqis live on television that they should rebell against the foreign troops.
