These photos were taken at Ground Zero, the World Trade Center site in New York, on September 13, 2001.
They were taken by someone named "Ed" who was allowed into the area by a member of the emergency response crew, at a time when all civilians -- including most journalists -- were forbidden to enter the area. As a result, these photos are just about the only close-ups ever taken of the World Trade Center site so soon after the 9/11 attacks.

If the left is hit with something that say... disrupts the flow of coffee to starbucks, then look out, they'd be behind invading Iraq, Iran, Saudi, and Syria all in the same day.I disagree. If Bush was President and Starbucks was hit, the left would still oppose.

Flashback time.
I haven't seen photos from the windows of the neighboring building like that. I think I was in that building, maybe even at that window, in October of 2005.
That big crane was huge. You don't really get a sense of scale in the photo. You could see it from Staten Island.
These need to be seen by more than just FReepers.

Just remember they came in from out of our country on visa's that were expired REMEMBER that AND also REMEMBER that if people enter with no visa's and sneak in could they possibly mean harm to our country as well??
Yes I am definitely referring to the illegal aliens who sneak in and we do not know where they are and what they are doing, do NOT ASSUME they came here to work.

Thanks for the pictures. People might not remember how fortunate we were the losses were less than three thousand, I've heard they could have been 50,000, to even much higher.
