We are hearing that reports of employers using illegal aliens or instances of illegal aliens engaged in criminal activity, have been responded to quickly by the new agency. Please note that it is unlikely that ICE will take any action against an illegal alien that is not employed illegally or engaged in some other sort of illegal activity.
The TOLL FREE number to report ILLEGAL aliens or those employing ILLEGAL aliens to ICE is: 866-347-2423
How it works:
You are not required to provide your identity to ICE. All that is necessary to request an investigation by ICE is mere suspicion of any activity by ILLEGAL aliens.
ICE and the IRS are especially interested in "visiting" those businesses that employ ILLEGALS "off the books" to avoid the payment of payroll taxes.
Small and large businesses are equally notorious in the hiring of ILLEGAL aliens to avoid paying fair wages to its workers and to criminally evade the collection and payment of payroll taxes.
We are interested in getting current information regarding how helpful or unhelpful the new agency has been in taking your information and following up on your complaint, so please drop us an email to keep us current.

My husband thinks the Border Patrol should walk off the job in disgust at the politics of having them be the targets of who the illegals have to get through to get here. Not to mention the illegals have better GUNS.

Sure they will, but consider the agency that's interested in enforcement. The IRS agents won't sleep nights knowing all those employers of illegals are evading taxes.

This is new. Several years ago, when I called INS, they told me I had to call local police. It was a trick to get through the beat policeman, but when I did, the chief called INS and together they did a raid. It only took me about six weeks to figure it out.
That is the key --- the IRS. The state of Georgia was working on legislation to deny deductions for a businessman who paid illegal alien wages. By not being able to write off the expense, it would discourage the hiring. I don't know where that stands.

I think you're full of hot air. Since you're in Texas, I expect to read that you've taken decisive action against any number of illegal aliens in tomorrow's evening newscast. You certainly won't be able to claim that you couldn't find any (in Texas) by tomorrow, noon at the latest.

I've noticed the City of Orlando has hired a landscaping firm that hires nothing BUT illegals. Wonder I can handle that one!
I've got a guy in the next town over from me who installs swimming pools.
His brother-in-law lives next door to me. They don't like each other.
I received word today that the swimming pool installer has been hiring illegals for the last 14 years to install pools for him.
We were just wondering today how he has gotten away with it for so long.
His time is coming and is now near...

No, turn him in now. We need to all jump on this and make news. It will get others to turn in employers. If we do this right, we could really start something big here. Just make sure you have the evidence.

Not really, the SPLC made sure he was in jail, and couldn't appear in court. It was a set up, to ensure that others didn't get the idea that they could protect their property...

Yes I think so. It could be alot more effective than street protests. Media won't give conservative protests much coverage unless they can show them to be extremist racists.
Hitting someone in their pocket book could be the best way to go.
I stopped at a Burger King for lunch last week and the person waiting on me was fresh from the border. All it would take is to note the address and call in a complaint.
I once had a girlfriend who lived across the street from an apartment with some not so discreet goings-on. Several black fellows that never seemed to go work, but spent much time running to the curb for a quick hello to their friends that would stop by at all hours, and never got out of the car.
One day they made some comments to/about her when she got out of her car to go into her house. I remember her being very angry and threatening a "WE-TIP" or some other such Crime Stopper anonymous type phone call. She was not just threatening.
A few days I heard a helicopter hovering low and went to the window and saw all of these guys face down in the street, cops everywhere, followed by a for rent sign.
Don't know if it was her call or not, but it sure couldn't have hurt.
This is a serious question for both of you. What do both of you think should be done about illegals? I'm leaning toward the guest worker program coupled with a wall but then I read an article by Thomas Sowell that was just posted on FR and I'm not so sure.
