In Memory of The Fallen 9-11-2001A NATION OF LAWS
by Timothy Rollins, Editor and Publisher

March 29, 2006

Timothy Rollins - Beneath the SurfaceWhat the hell has become of America these days? The protest marches in Los Angeles and elsewhere around the country last week demanding that illegals be allowed to stay in America - despite the fact that their mere presence here is a crime - only goes to show the propensity, and even a preference on their part for considering themselves above the law. It is blowhards like these that only add fuel to the fires calling for a return to American isolationism on the world stage. Let other countries clean their own damn messes for a change. Why should we be the only ones 'taking out the world's trash'? As much as Europe is becoming an increasingly 'low-rent' district, let them be the ghetto and crap hole of the world instead of America. When will the ego masturbationists on Capitol Hill stop kissing the hineys of illegals with one side of their mouths while they give the shaft to Americans and legal immigrants by sticking us with the bill that spews out of the other side of their mouths?

This protest was in reaction to legislation that passed the House last week making the presence of illegal aliens in the United States a felony under federal law. These people and their entitlement mentality are only seeking to destroy this once great nation. I no longer believe America to be great on the grounds that no politicians, be they elected-for-life or appointed, have the stones to stand up to these people. They are more interested in kissing ass than anything else.

Comfortably in bed with these protesters is the present-day incarnation of the once respectable Democratic Party - now a bastardized, corrupt and downright evil institution - whose only interests in these people (primarily Mexicans) - is their votes. With promises of perpetual handouts for these people at the expense of bankrupting the country as a whole in the process, Democrats seek to enslave these otherwise good and honorable people by keeping them under their collective thumb, much like Al Sharpton and 'Shakedown' Jesse Jackson do with Black America, and not unlike Muslim thugs in the Middle East who keep their people trapped in the 7th Century, while limiting their modern contributions to the perfecting of the car bomb.

We need to understand one key ingredient behind the motives of the Democrats here: They are seeking to pad their illegal vote totals in yet another pathetic, blatant and illegal attempt to steal control of the House and Senate in midterm elections this fall. With news of the voting scandals as pervasive as they have been and will continue to be, such as voter fraud in Philadelphia and Milwaukee, combined with a stolen governor's race in Washington in 2004, and lest we forget, incumbent Senator John Ashcroft (R-MO) being defeated in 2000 by a dead man - Governor Mel Carnahan - who died in a plane crash less than three weeks before the election. How was Ashcroft defeated? Because former House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt (D-MO) was able to keep some polling stations in St. Louis open for almost an hour past their 7:00 p.m. closing time, despite the fact that such action was a direct violation of the law. But to Democrats, they are a law unto themselves and to hell with anyone else - and don't forget - God help you if you get in the way of those evil Democrats.

How will Democratic Party officials screw these illegals over once they become citizens or in the alternative, are enticed to vote illegally? Much as they have done in the past with anyone of color seeking a higher station in life, the Democrats succeeded in savaging Miguel Estrada because he dared to stray off the reservation of corrupt liberal thought. These evil Democratic minions want Hispanics living in America to be their gardeners, groundskeepers and domestic help; they do not want conservative Hispanics to be in any role of governance whatsoever if they can help it, and will do their level best to prevent that from happening, just as they did when Miguel Estrada was forced to pull his name from consideration for the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals after a death battle with these scum that lasted for over two-and-a-half years.

Let's not forget the abuse that California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown was subject to during her confirmation hearings for appointment to Estrada's old slot, with "Chucky" Schumer (D-NY) leading the attack. If that's not bad enough, what makes it worse is the blatant double standard he espouses with his "I-want-to-grab-all-your-guns while I, a 'privileged person' get the crown jewel of New York City: an unrestricted concealed pistol permit." To Chucky, laws are for the peasants, and not for people like him. Such elitism makes normal thinking people grab a bucket for a good healthy puke.

The Statue of Liberty is known for saying "Give me your poor, your huddled masses." It is vital to remember that yes, we are a nation of immigrants; however, our ancestors came in America through the front door, and were welcomed as such as our newest Americans. There was a respect for law and for the sanctity of life, something that seems to be totally absent with the flood of illegals crawling, or rather, pouring in through our southern border or more accurately, the complete lack of one. How do we solve this problem? It is solved on multiple levels and in several ways.

FIRST, we need to set in place a guest worker program where they are checked for criminal activity before being allowed in. We don't let in British bank robbers, French child molesters or Russian hit men. Why should we let in economic refugees from financial hell holes like México and most of Central America unless they are willing to do it in a legal and lawful manner like everybody else? Yes, these people are hard workers with a healthy and admirable work ethic, but the fact remains that they have to come in legally - through the front door - much like Americans who immigrate to other countries applying through official, legal channels of their new country of residence.

Please understand something here: Family class immigrants aside, I am one who supports fairly liberal immigration policies, subject to what the law allows, and based on the need for jobs to be filled. These people from south of the border - or anywhere else in the world - cannot and must not be given carte blanche to overrun the foundation we have had as a nation of laws for over 230 years.

SECOND, guest workers can be in this country for three years, and if they do not get in legal difficulty during that time, they should then be allowed permanent residency, and in appreciation for abiding by the laws of this land, they would then become eligible for a special 'fast track' for citizenship after two years of permanent residency, for a total of five years 'in-country', much like legal immigrants who currently must wait five years before applying for citizenship themselves.

THIRD, all illegals in the country now are sent back to the hell holes of their homeland forthwith, as in yesterday, with no exceptions. Children born in the United States of illegals are to be either denied citizenship or stripped of it outright with no avenue whatsoever for appeal. If they want to come back, they may do so through guest worker programs or sponsorship by their current employer. If their current employer refuses to sponsor them, BOO HOO!

FOURTH, erect not one, but TWO walls along the entire length of the U.S.-Mexican border. Have a "no man's land" in between the two walls that are each 30 feet high and about 150 yards in width. Place razor wires ten feet high along the top of the walls, claymore mines and 'Bouncing Bettys" in between, along with automatic weapons with tracer rounds firing in a cross-pattern. When the world 'condemns' us, we ignore them and let them go about their way of insignifance. If as a nation, we need to have a 'Mexico Wall' of our own in order to keep illegals from encroaching or rather, invading our nation, THEN SO BE IT. Be sure to have snipers in the towers with high - powered rifles to pick off illegal entrants and troops either walking stretches along the border at crossings or driving Hummers in patrol assisting overwhelmed Border Patrol officers. With the return of some of our military divisions from Europe - where they are no longer wanted or needed, much less belong - we will then have on hand fresh troops who would consider defending our homeland both a privilege as well as a sacred responsibility.

FIFTH, should any Mexican military unit cross over onto our sovereign territory - as they have done in the past - then the gloves come off, and our troops should have unfettered and standing authority to open fire and completely annihilate them from off the face of the earth, as we would any invading force entering our borders. Again, if the UN doesn't like it, they can go to hell and while they're at it, pack their crap move to Geneva, and stop polluting our nation with their spies, thieves and other double-dealers of death, and finally,

SIXTH, these good people who are seeking economic refuge here in our land should for the most part stay home. They can, should and must fix up the hell holes of their homelands and turn them into the potential world class societies they can and should become, despite the fact Mexico's government is one of the most crooked on the face of the earth. It is well known that Mexican corruption is so endemic, pandemic, systemic and epidemic, that if you took all the Mexican elected officials and eliminated them, along with their families and every other living relative to the third and fourth generation, then Mexico might have a fighting chance to becoming a legitimate democracy, instead of the third-world banana republic it has been since time immemorial.

Not until we have a forceful uprising against the hijacking of our national sovereignty and reaffirm our inherent right to self-defense as Americans, combined with an uprising by Mexicans against their own evil, corrupt government, will either country have a chance of survival either in the short, or especially in the long term.

Thomas Jefferson once said, "The tree of liberty must be watered from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." What better time for making the fulfillment of this quote a reality than now? ***

Having worked with guest workers from time to time, these people have for the most part, shown me they have a great work ethic. These good people have shown me that when they come in through the front door - LEGALLY - that they make for better contributions to our way of life, which I might add, they want for themselves and their families as well. That is why they came here in the first place.

Oh, my, gosh. Is this right on. Wow! Wow! So much is said in so many words.

When we look at these demonstrators, what do we see. Mexican flags. Not American, but Mexican. That says it all.

Why is the open border policy blamed on the Democrats? As I see it, the Republicans are complicit. Sadly, we find the apple has not fallen far from the tree, and President Bush must take the blame for the daily invasions we are experiencing in America. As Harry said, "the buck stops here". I was so hopeful that GWB was not the proliferation of his father's New World Order. I did not vote for GHWB the second time because of it. If I had known sonny boy was a part of it, I wonder if I could have voted for him. At least the Dems say where they are coming from. We were naive to watch Dubya's lips, I fear.

I wanted to puke listening to Mark Belling filling in for Rush today. He continually argued with a VERY articulate caller about whether illegals are criminals. He kept pointing out that speeding is against the law, but doing it doesn't make you a criminal. GRRRR!!

Living here in Milwaukee, I used to have to put up with Belling every day; his is the dog and pony show from hell! He is a rude, arrogant, offensive and outright abusive prick to his callers. He cuts them off and prevents them from completing their comments, all in the mane of deifying himself as the having the market cornered as the God of Milwaukee radio. In reality, he is just as much a pompous ass as Alderman Michael McGee and his non-stop playing of the race card.

An @$$hole of the first magnitude, he makes it clear that he is Lord and Master of his show, and that he will not tolerate any dissenting views if they get in the way of HIS blatant ego masturbation.

His incessant harping and institutional level of human repellence are such that I turned the SOB off a long time ago if only the rest of Milwaukee do the same! His callers are far more interesting than he is or ever will be!

What a jerkoff!!!

Sorry, the author blew his credibility by advocating for a guest-worker program.

A guest-worker (amnesty) program is non-negotiable.

The guest worker program should be in place; however, the time they were in the country illegally cannot and must not count towards the 3-year rule. Amnesty cannot be a part of this. Everyone in illegally packs their asses and heads home to start from square one.

If they don't like it, I can gladly furnish them a map with the route to hell on it.

This demonstrates the mindset of invasion rather than immigration-----and a plan by illegals to overthrow the US government:

Reconquista Armando Navarro 'Ethnic Studies' Professor at the University of California, Riverside Anti-American, Fifth-Column Menace. "Ladies and Gentlemen, what this means (the immigration bill) is a transfer of power, it means control, and it is the young people, the people who are now moving to develop an agenda for the twenty first century they are going to be in a position to really make the promise of what the Chicano movement was all about in terms of self-determination, in terms of empowerment, even in the terms of an Aztlan...."

Yeah, we were a nation of laws back when Congress passed the Volstead Act, too.
