Quote of the Day

Quote of the Day

"Based on the information we had available, we had a pretty good idea there might be some [IED] activity in the area, and we were right. This strike should send a message to our enemies that we’re watching you, and we will take action against you any time, day or night, if you continue to stand in the way of progress in Iraq." - Brig. Gen. Frank Gorenc, commander of the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing at Balad responding to a MQ-1B drone strike on insurgents (30 March 2006)

I do hope that those in charge of paying these goons to plant IED's watch their progress with say binoculars, or closer up, and will see these type responses take place. BOOM!
Sadly. We have to admit, at least I do. There may be quite a few thousand still disgruntaled Iraqi that will either volunteer for planting bombs or be willing to do it for money.
One can only cover so many acres of land in given areas in an effective fashion. But super. One less chance of any of our troops being harmed or worse due to these cowardly deeds.
