Mexican flag flies over Chasewood North in Jupiter . . . at least for now

The Stars and Stripes have been replaced by the Mexican flag at Chasewood North, and residents of the condominium community off Central Boulevard are puzzled as to who made the switch.

"I woke up Sunday morning and looked up from my patio and then realized that the American flag wasn't on the flagpole," said Sue Miller a Chasewood North board member. "What captured my attention were the colors — at first I thought it was an Italian flag, but one of our residents said it was the Mexican flag.

"I went to the flagpole, to see if the American flag was maybe on the ground, but they took it, and they cut the rope to get the American flag down and the Mexican flag up as well."

They should called the media and burned it when they got it down. I'm sure that would have brought the perps out into the daylight.

Yes, we can get some Mexicans to do it cheaply?

Sort of like the scene in "Support your Local Sheriff" where the prisoner helps to put the bars on the jail.

The American people won't wake up and demand change until this becomes real (their homes are now property of the State, and I don't mean the US). Even then, some of the childish liberal leftist populace will be applauding, right up until their new "society" puts them in a concentration camp.

They might as well. Several US Senators have sold America out and the President seems to be falling in lockstep with the no borders crowd. We are well on our way to the Mexican economy and America as we knew it will only be a faint memory in a few short years.

I actually welcome all of the Mexican flag-flying activity, simply because it will galvanize public opinion against illegals. It elicits a gut reaction even from the fence-sitters. So keep it up, morons - please.

Nice place to raise your kids, isn't it? This is exactly why I moved.

And isn't it interesting that a few years ago, the nation watched a Jupiter man in his fight to have a flagpole flying the Stars and Stripes in his yard? And now this cr@&!

This is how it starts, first a Mexican flag in Jupiter, next a Mexican flag in Uranus.

Ya know....I was thinking along the same lines. I think we should fling poo at that flag. I don't live too far from there.....I think i'll clean the litter box tonight and take a little ride.

A Mexican Navy ship is seen in the backgroound as saliors block the beach access to a hotel where heads of state will meet in Cancun, Mexico on Thursday March 30, 2006. Mexico's President Vicente Fox is hosting a two day meeting with U.S. President Bush and Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper

Seeing all the Mexican Flags being waved by those marching, and this, increases my desire to start burning Mexican flags.

About time someone else got their flag burned. *chuckles*

Just getting a bit ahead of themselves, but not by much. As soon as the mayor of LA sits in the governor's mansion, he'll demand that California revert to Mexico.

A childish, stupid act by the perps who did it - if anything, it will create even more anti-immigrant sentiment.

Personally, If that happened in my neighborhood, I'd haul the damned thing down and burn it.

It was a few years ago. Before secluding myself in my hotel rooms `Fortress of Solitude, I was relaxing with spouse and new friends we met from Dayton in the `tops optional' adults pool (only the Europeans were shedding tops) and we somehow got on the subject of how long it would take the 101st to take the Yucatan penin.
I think we finally agreed they could do it in few hours, in any event a lot less time than it took Mexico to re-take southern CA.
Isle Mujer was nice but there were mayan women selling TP by the square outside the restrooms. No TP in the bathrooms.
This concludes my gastro-intestinal summary of my thunderous Mexican vacation.

Come to think of it, All Americans should boycott all travel to Mexico for vacations. Spread the word, phone all talk radio, news services, etc. Make it a national campaign. Hit Mexico where it really hurts. In Fox's wallet.
