Bush stresses guest worker plan in Fox chat
Dallas Morning News ^ | 03/31/06 | G. ROBERT HILLMAN

... "The main message should be to get along," said Lorena Tule, a 16-year-old immigrant from Guanajuato, Mexico, who walked out of a Dallas high school Monday to protest the fence proposal. "We definitely need a path to legalization for those who are here," she said. "President Bush needs to be clear about that with President Fox."...

"I don't believe somebody should be allowed to come into our country and get ahead of the line, the citizenship line," Mr. Bush said Thursday, with Mr. Fox at his side.

"I think a program that will work is somebody working on a temporary basis with a tamper-proof ID card, and if they want to become a citizen, they can get in line, but not the head of the line," Mr. Bush said. "And I reminded the president [that] I called for an increase of green cards the other day in Washington, D.C., as one way to help manage this issue."...

Deport Lorena and her family. Build a fence. Give priority to legal immigrants...then we'll start talking 'temporary workers.'

Bush and the rest of the GOP establishment cannot be trusted to follow through with enforcement if guest worker shamnesty is put in place first.

For the first time I am tempted to call Dubya stupid and to consider that he may be in somebody's pocket. It's bad for folks to break into the front of the citizenship line but acceptable for them to break into the front of the immigration line?

Come on, Dubya. I used to think you had a pair. Find 'em fast, buddy! There's an election coming and I just might stay at home.

As long as those green cards are given to millionaires, college graduates and others who have been standing in line for years to come to the U.S. legally, I have no problem with issuing them. Giving them to someone who is penniless, has a 4th grade education, and doesn't speak English is a big problem.

Can someone explain to me why the President is giving Fox any role in an American decision?

Part of that CFR plan posted elsewhere on FR for a North America 'security zone' that essentially erases the borders between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The U.S. gets the poverty and corruption of Mexico and Canadian socialism.

I don't care who says what. I simply will not believe another word concerning any of this immigrant felon issue until Bush signs whatever legislation is sent to his desk.

But then again, Bush might not like it. He may use his "VETO PEN".

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Week in Review or as Comcast MSN front page refers to it Week in WEIRD.

Republican majority House passes a bill HR4437 and we are relieved, it's a good bill one we can live with.

Than, mexican flag waving criminals who snuck into this Country and believe they can sneak ahead of all other immigrants who had respect for America and came here legally, had the audacity to defy House bill HR4437 and the Americans who think they can push the lawbreakers around.

-So in a act of defiance AGAINST America, Americans, the American flag decide to take matters into their own hands!!

These criminal lawbreakers and their punk kids take to the streets of America in mass and defiantly and openly desecrate all things American including our flag, the very people that were called poor little people who just want to work and help their families, people who America had been good to by allowing them to stay, allowing them to go on welfare roles with FAKE ID's, who AMERICAN EMPLOYERS had ILLEGALLY given jobs to and paid them under the table further defiantly disregarding our laws!!

Who are as bad as Cindy Sheehan and her ilk who are unAmerican and are defiant against America, they too desecrate our Flag and our American way of life with their protests and demonstrating. the illegal mexicans and Sheehan are liberal democrats thru and thru!

So after a week of watching these criminal liberals wave the mexican flag and show loyalty to their president fox and their native country and desecrate our flag and all things American, who prove they aren't here as the poor little workers just here cause they want a better life, and after they get all the money and great health care and are living better than ever before what do they do?

Are they grateful and thank the American people and apologize for breaking our laws and ask and request to reconsider and allow them to stay? OH NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, they DEMAND our politicians change the law for them, to heck what the will of American taxpayers is, to hell with what the will of the people is, to hell with all the legal immigrants, THEY make demands they insult all of us, they desecrate our flag, they are defiant they tell all of us to go to hell, they show absolutely no respect for our laws or for Americans or America

Than comes the shock of all shocks, the ultimate betrayal!! House passes a good bill and along come the RINO's in Senate, the likes of Specter/McCain/Kennedy, yes there are liberal democrats and Republicans, Republicans who take the side of people who decide to give the liberal illegals all they demand and than some, to reward them. Reward them for their acts of defiance against America!!

In all your life would you have ever believed the President of the United States of AMERICA, who is Republican, Senators who are Republican would side with the lawbreakers, the enemies of this great Country, and REWARD them for their acts of defiance??

Out of all this what angered me the most was this betrayal by those I trusted to secure our borders protect America and Americans against all enemies.

My righteous indication along with a lot of other Freepers, plus Malkin, Hannity, and Senators Cornyn,Kyl, and Tancredo plus few others who saw the betrayal and remarked in anger I posted in haste and in anger and in disallusionment in shock.

Than we hear the president of mexico demand and DICTATE what our politicians will and must do and they COMPLY!!

Would we have expected the party we supported and believed in would side with the likes of kennedy, the liberal democrats, the sheehan's, the illegal alien criminals? Not in a million years, or when hell freezes over or when pigs fly. Well that day has come, we have lived long enough to see the great betrayal!

And that was the week in review but stay tuned the WORSE is yet to come!

That's gonna fetch a fortune on e-bay in 2009...especially being sold in "never been used" condition.

It is greenmail. Fox is threatening that Mexico will implode if the current situation is altered. He's basically saying that we can continue to subsidize that Third World cesspool or face the consequences of a Mexico in revolution.

At this point, I say put the military on the southern border until the wall is built and face the consequences.

Correction: The President is giving Fox's views more consideration than those of the American people.

May I add, put military AND a wall and leave them there. EXCEPT, the businesses are also blackmailing politicians spreading falsehoods and whining that they would have to pay a fair wage to Americans and they would have to subsidize the illegals instead of taxpayers subsidizing them and their businesses.

This is all such BS on one side you have fox in mexico threatening us AND you have the greedy American businesses threatening us, and meanwhile the taxpaying law abiding American is getting screwed!

Amnesty in 2006 = Hillary in 2008.

Especially if McCain is the nominee. His Senate staff is trying to round up votes this morning to break a filibuster by Frist.

but acceptable for them to break into the front of the immigration line?

You nailed it! The kind of 'temporary' status Bush wants to award them amounts to de facto citizenship anyway. Ie, they can stay and work here indefinitely, until their citizenship application is finally approved. And they can buy respectability and erase the criminal aspect of their illegal entry! (by paying a fine).

Hell, GW might as well hold a fire sale:

"Get your US Citizenship right here folks, going now to the highest bidder, or the fastest runner."

The word 'deport' doesn't seem to fit into our President's vocabulary. If anyone hears him utter it in the next couple of weeks, ping me.

Bush and the rest of the GOP establishment cannot be trusted

He again reiterated the "Doing jobs Americans refuse to do" Lie

He has not got the senate to make the tax cuts permanent, but he seems bound and determined to make the illegals permanent.

"Bend Over Here It Comes Again"

That makes a very nice acronym - BOHICA

Conservatives in this country are becoming The Last of the Bohicans. We have no where to turn to protect ourselves when we assume the postion. We seem to be getting it from both sides (actually I shoud say parties, because I'm not really sure there are two sides when talking about our political parties).

As much as I like to back Bush on things I'm beginning to think he's losing it, his mind that is. To think he's putting the welfare of another country's problem people ahead of his own nation's population is utterly absurd.

Illegal immigrants, ALL OF THEM, need to go back to wherever they came from and stay there. Thing is, I don't see any help on the horizon, especially if McPain gets the GOP nod in 2008.

It's time to put soldiers on each border, not only the Mexico border, and keep all the rif-raf out. God this nation is in a mess isn't it? So much the legacy of Bush 43.
