Everybody should begin emailing everybody they can ask them to pass it on too.
Beautiful! Good job.
Found out that along with my folded flags in my closet (that don't have poles), I also have a smaller one that can be easily carried. After we sing and say the pledge we are going to put it in front of our house.
What a great idea! I just C&P'd your message into an e-mail to a whole bunch of family members and friends.
Thanks, kristinn! You can also fly the flag on your computer. Go to: www.deskflag.com and you can download a waving flag onto your computer. I have had one on my desktop since 9/11.
Frankly, I think this issue requires a protest in Washington.
I agree. And kristinn is just the man to get the party going. How about it, kristinn?
I've sent the notice to everyone in my address book as well as Dennis Prager and Laura Ingraham, hoping they may make a mention of it. This is a great idea, Kristinn. I have never considered myself a person to want to go out there and "make a statement" but the line, "I'm mad as hell...and I'm not gonna take it anymore!" comes to mind!
Love that truck's message!!
One for your ping list
I'm putting mine up outside this week.
Since 9/11, we fly our flag nearly every day.
We must take our country back before it is too late.
I'm in. Please ping me if someone gets the demonstration rolling.
Great! April 6th. And on May 5th (Cinco de Mayo)too, right?
And Washington needs to hear from us....in person.
We need to get talk radio involved in mobilizing the patriots. The illegals had radio and tv stations pushing their march.
Army Day is on April 6th!
Army Day can be traced back to a little-known Defense Test Day, which was observed only twice: once in 1924 and once in 1925. On April 4, 1936, President Roosevelt issued a proclamation that Army Day be recognized by Congress as April 6 and observed nationwide. On March 1, 1937, Congress passed Resolution #5-75 that officially recognized Army Day. Army Day is observed nationally on April 6.
Saw it on my VFW calender this morning!
Yes - I remember it well - here in Detroit, if you wore purple on Thursday - you were queer.
Other people tell me it was green where they lived.
PERFECT!!! ADDED INCENTIVE!!!
Thanks for letting me know.
Besides the American flag on my car, I carry an American flag tote bag that I carry around. I picked it up in my local grocery store.
Too cool! I got an email this morning asking me to show my colors.
My boy is at school today, wearing red, white & blue....His idea, his choice.
He's now gonna be spreading the word on THIS!
WHOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BRAD!
