"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

I saw McKinney on The Situation Room today with Wolf Blitzed, she was in one studio, and her lawyer was in another, and I was like "Damn!" That smile of hers is just creepy.
Wolf read a letter of hers to the Clinton White House in 1998, and she scolded Bubba's security detail and told him to tell them "I'M NOT THE CLEANING LADY!!"
Had me bowled over in laughter. LOL!
They put the letter typed on the screen and it was funny, all caps for emphasis. LOL!!

Tony...heard last night on a Fox News update that McKinney plans to a civil rights suit against this police officer...I haven't heard anything else about it....any more news about it?
It is amazing how much they get away with as the minority party. They have deviousness down to a fine art!
