JAYNA DAVIS on OKC: New email story from her; see her 8-minute video report with witnesses

WATCH JAYNA'S VIDEO NEWS REPORT --- IRAQI CONNECTION

In addition to this video, Jayna has eyewitness, several more than are on the video, who identify Hussain Al-Hussaini as THE THIRD TERRORIST. There is an Iraqi connection to the OKC bombing. Bill Clinton wanted it to be domestic terror, so that is what Janet Reno gave him. Had Clinton been a real commander in chief, he would have dealt with the Islamic threat, and we could have avoided 9-11.

Jayna has 22 eye witnesses. Fourteen are on tape being grilled by Dave Schippers. Why is no one listening to them? Why isn't congresses allowed to watch Schippers examine them and hear their testimony in closed session?

ROHRABACHER WANTS NEW PROBE

JAYNA SAYS ROHRABACHER WON'T USE WITNESS VIDEOS

JAYNA'S EMAIL TO ME TODAY --

Congressman Resurrects Lifeless OKC Bomb Theory

After a year-long investigation, California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher has “concluded there is ample evidence to justify an investigative hearing” into the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. In a March 30, 2006 memorandum to Chairman Henry Hyde, Rohrabacher advances the theory that German national Andreas Strassmeier, a purported government informant living in an eastern Oklahoma white separatist community, may have “played a significant role in the planning and execution” of this historic crime. The congressman persists in resurrecting this lifeless, wholly discredited conspiracy theory despite salient facts which repudiate neo-nazi involvement in the greatest act of terror in 20th century America. So where’s the proof? There is none.

A string of court rulings and a book authored by Jon Hersley, the former lead investigator for the FBI Oklahoma Bomb Task Force, establishes that the most prodigious federal investigation failed to uncover any evidence whatsoever implicating the Elohim City security officer, Andreas Strassmeier, residents of the religious compound, and the jailed members of the Aryan Republican Army (ARA) who perpetrated a host of Midwestern bank robberies during the early 1990s. Despite the Bureau’s exhaustive efforts, it could not produce one motel registration log, phone record, fingerprint, or eyewitness account linking these alleged conspirators to “any overt act in the commission of the crime.” Moreover, much to the chagrin of federal agents, the FBI was forced to testify under oath before Judge Steven Taylor during Terry Nichols’ 2004 murder trial that the neo-nazi gang of bank robbers, Strassmeier, and his former neighbors at Elohim City have provable alibis and have been officially cleared of suspicion by the Bureau.

Endless paper trail hits dead end

A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking to unseal FBI files which might indicate that the ARA bank robbers and/or Strassmeier acted as government informants in “a sting operation gone awry” produced more than three hundred pertinent documents but not a single revelatory or no smoking gun. However, the FOIA case did prove that the FBI had redacted names of informants residing in Elohim City, but none was named as a participant in the bombing. The endless paper trail led to a dead end, but it did tell an intriguing story of the FBI’s failed quest to find McVeigh’s legendary accomplice, John Doe 2. It soon became evident that the Bureau conducted a myopic manhunt bent on collaring a “homegrown” third terrorist of Caucasian, not foreign heritage. Absent of such evidence, they refused legitimate leads into a Middle Eastern connection as they did not fit into their prescripted scenario.

In early 1996, the Bureau conducted an unprecedented investigation in a Herculean effort to connect the rogue Aryan Republican Army militiamen turned bank robbers to the two Oklahoma City bombers. After all, they were cut from the same cloth as Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols and indubitably fit the profile of the anti-government, angry white men who avenged their hatred of the establishment by destroying a federal complex. All one has to do is to simply recall the social and political climate that existed at the time to understand that the Bureau’s need to force-fit a suspect matching that profile.

Judge rules homegrown terrorist complicity a “dry hole, hyperbole”

After conducting 25-thousand witness interviews, the FBI could not find one witness who could tie the ARA bank robbers, Strassmeier, or Elohim City white separatists to downtown Oklahoma City, McVeigh, the Ryder truck, getaway vehicles, or the bombsite. During Terry Nichols’ 2004 state murder trial, the FBI was forced to testify en camera before Judge Steven Taylor regarding the alleged involvement of Elohim City, Strassmeier, and the band of robbers in the bombing, which had been raised by defense lawyers. However, federal agents were loath to admit that not one member of the ARA bank robbery gang or the German national were in Oklahoma City on the fateful morning of April 19, 1995. All had irrefutable alibis.

But the judge was not convinced. In the interest of objectivity, he ordered the FBI to compare the convicted gangsters' fingerprints with more than one thousand prints gathered during the course of the bombing investigation. The result – no match. The judge then ruled that with established alibis, no eyewitness testimony linking the purported suspects to the crime scene, and no forensic match to the fingerprints, the defense team's supposition that the Midwest bank robbers, Elohim City residents, and/or Andreas Strassmeier moonlighted as mad bombers was nothing more than "hyperbole and a dry hole."

Judge Taylor did, however, leave the door open for the defense to call to the stand witnesses who could tie "others unknown" to "overt acts in the commission of the crime." Nichols' lawyers shrieked. The only perpetrators who were seen with McVeigh in Oklahoma City before that tragic day and during the placement of the bomb truck were Iraqi soldiers. Viewed through the lens of September 11, exposing McVeigh's collusion with Iraqi servicemen meant a certain death penalty for Nichols, who would have been characterized as a murderous traitor colluding with enemy soldiers to slaughter innocent Americans. The jury would have likely determined Nichols acted with clear malice, motive, and murderous intent - all the elements that the 2004 Oklahoma trial testimony failed to provide, which enabled Nichols to elude the death penalty once again.

FBI fails to clear Iraqi soldier whom witnesses call “the third terrorist”

As for the three hundred documents in the FBI archive relating to the undercover surveillance of Elohim City and the 1990s Midwest bank heist investigation, I expected nothing less. The FBI spared no resources to make the connection to right-wing zealots in an effort to satisfy the public's insatiable desire to produce the ubiquitous John Doe 2. However, out rightly dismissing that Elohim City might have served as a possible meeting ground for the Oklahoma bombers presented quite a quandary. Why? The FBI had two known informants in the rural compound, spiritual leader Reverend Robert Millar (FBI informant status confirmed in 1997 courtroom testimony) and resident Carol Howe, an ATF informant who did not accuse Strassmeier of association with Timothy McVeigh until after she had been tried and acquitted of federal explosives charges.

In short, the Bureau has been completely and utterly unable to connect the citizen militia movement, neo-nazis, and government informants to the 1995 Heartland bombing. Yet by failing to publicly debunk this decade-old conspiracy theory, the United State Department of Justice effectively dodges the questions it cannot answer, or will not answer. Why did the federal agents never question Hussain Al-Hussaini, an Iraqi soldier who has no alibi, whom multiple witnesses have placed in the company of McVeigh, in the passenger seat of the Ryder truck that carried the Murrah Building bomb, and behind the wheel of a getaway vehicle pursued in an FBI all-points-bulletin issued the morning of April 19, 1995 for foreign suspects?

And why, years later, has the Bureau refused to clear Al-Hussaini as a suspect in the worst act of mass murder in annuals of American criminal history? Andreas Strassmeier has been questioned and officially exonerated. The same absolution has been granted to the Midwest Aryan bank robbers who revered Timothy McVeigh as a revolutionary hero.

Congressman Rohrabacher’s misguided belief that domestic terrorists and/or duplicitous government informants have escaped justice in the slaughter of 171 men, women, and children, will inevitably turn up no hard proof in congressional hearings. In turn, this public charade will inoculate the American people to the truth embodied in my book, The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to Oklahoma City Bombing.

In May 2005, Chicago lawyer David Schippers, the former chief prosecutor for the 1998 impeachment trial of President Bill Clinton, conducted lengthy videotaped interviews with the principal confidential witnesses featured in The Third Terrorist. He stated that as a 45-year practicing attorney and former federal prosecutor, he could deliver “a grand jury indictment against Hussaini Al-Hussaini with one day of testimony!” There are 22 witnesses whose testimonies are begging to be heard. There are 171 victims who depend on those voices. I am waiting on law enforcement and Congress to do the right thing.

I have no doubt that some federal bureaucracy was intimitely involved in the planning and execution of the OKC bombing (probably as a sting operation that they lost control of), and I also have no doubt that the powers that be will never, under any circumstances, allow that bureaucracy to be exposed.

Are you serious? You think our government was responsible for the bombing of the federal building?

Who do you think killed JFK?

I don't want to accuse anyone in the government of complicity in the bombing. But I will say that the truth has been hidden by people in our government.

Do you think a FOIA request would work in getting ahold of the Secret Service log and the video it refers to that is described in this short audio report?

For the answer to Point B, see Point A. Bush and the Republicans are all in the same club. This is why the Bush admin is never going to point a finger at the Clinton admin.

I think it was a sting operation that they lost control of, just as I stated in the message you responded to.

The Feds attempted to manufacture domestic terrorists that they would then stop in the nick of time while basking in the warm glow of media adulation.

Only problem is, the maniacs they were trying to entrap decided to become independent operators.

I agree with Doug that the investigation was manipulated -- with Jamie Goerlick behind that manipulation same as she was behind the manipulation of the TWA 800 investigation/coverup.

I, however, will accuse government agencies of withholding, distorting, and destroying evidence re OKBOMB -- and with plain old lying to their employers -- America's taxpayers.

Mr. TalibanDornan says Rohrabacher’s got a weakness for terror suspects
By R. Scott Moxley
Thursday, December 25, 2003 - 12:00 am

Dana Rohrabacher
Despite his attempt to laugh off a surprise primary challenge by ex-congressman Bob Dornan, Huntington Beach Republican Dana Rohrabacher could be in big trouble. His health is fine and, despite persistent rumors, he’s avoided sex scandals. But the congressman has direct connections not only to a recently arrested Islamic terrorist suspect, but also to Muslim Americans who’ve professed allegiance to such terrorist groups as Hamas, Hezbollah and al-Qaeda—groups that have aided suicide bomber missions around the world and have been identified by President Bush as threats to national security.

None of this is likely to escape Dornan’s notice. The man who lost his last two runs against Democrat Loretta Sanchez for the central Orange County congressional district has already promised to make the War on Terror his No. 1 campaign issue. In the months ahead, count on Dornan to focus on Rohrabacher’s long, close association with three Muslim Americans investigated by federal authorities for alleged support of anti-U.S. terrorist activities:

• Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was arrested in September on money laundering charges after he allegedly accepted a briefcase containing $340,000 in sequentially numbered $100 bills from front groups tied to Osama bin Laden and Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi. Alamoudi, 51, founded the American Muslim Council (AMC) and, though careful to project a moderate image, has praised such terrorist groups as Hamas and Hezbollah. He is currently awaiting a February trial in Virginia. In that case, a federal agent has reportedly supplied an affidavit swearing that Alamoudi told other Muslim Americans in 1996, "If we are outside this country, we can say, ‘Oh, Allah, destroy America!’ But once we are here, our mission is to change it."

Pro-Israel groups say Alamoudi repeatedly named Rohrabacher as a guest of honor at political meetings. At one of those meetings, five months before Sept. 11, Rohrabacher blamed the United States for Middle East tensions and for rubberstamping "whatever Israel wants." Alamoudi’s AMC responded by giving the congressman an award.

Using his political connections, Alamoudi helped organize the Muslim chaplain program for the Defense Department. The program was recently embarrassed when an Alamoudi-backed chaplain ministering to Taliban and al-Qaeda detainees was allegedly caught mishandling classified material. In a March 2002 affidavit, a U.S. customs agent declared that Alamoudi associate Jamal Barzinji operated several companies that secretly offered financial support for terrorists involved in international murder and bombings and that Barzinji is close to the terrorist group Islamic Jihad. Federal Election Commission records show that Alamoudi and his associates have given Rohrabacher more than $15,500 in contributions over the years.

• Alamoudi associate and Rohrabacher contributor/travel companion Khaled Saffuri, a Palestinian Muslim by birth who has ties to Islamic radicals throughout the Middle East. According to Frank J. Gaffney Jr. of the conservative Center for Security Policy, Saffuri frequently attended Washington, D.C., strategy meetings with Rohrabacher and his longtime political ally Grover Norquist, the conservative political strategist. Even Rohrabacher’s allies were anxious about the relationship. In December 2001, a Rohrabacher congressional staff member outlined for Rohrabacher Saffuri’s secret role in providing financial assistance to the families of suicide bombers and Saffuri’s outrage that Bush had frozen the assets of the Saudi-directed Holy Land Foundation for its suspected terrorist ties. The staffer told Rohrabacher that Saffuri was "giving money to an organization that makes it possible for suicide bombers to carry out their missions" and that his "loyalties" are not to the U.S. The memo concluded, "I know Saffuri is your friend and that you think highly of him. I believe that as your friend, if he is a true friend, he will understand the reason that you would not want to receive further counsel from him." Rohrabacher ignored the warning—which was first published without names in the conservative Insight magazine in May 2002—and the staffer quit. According to J. Michael Waller, a senior writer at Insight, Rohrabacher’s activity was evidence that a "terror-support network across the United States" had "bought themselves political access and political cover in Washington in what appear to have been attempts to undermine existing federal counterterrorism laws."

• Abdulwahab Alkebsi helps run Middle East organizations associated with Alamoudi and Saffuri. He is a Rohrabacher contributor and is currently a program officer at the Arab-funded National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, D.C. Alkebsi has vocally opposed FBI investigations into U.S.-based Muslim groups. The Yemen-born activist claims the probes are "harassment" and that Muslim leaders such as himself are "victims."

Back home in Huntington Beach, Rohrabacher is a flag-waving, pro-war conservative. But in Washington, he has often joined Alamoudi, Alkebsi and Saffuri in their criticism of U.S. policy. In 2001, just before Sept. 11, for example, the congressman declared the U.S. had acted "immorally or amorally" in the Middle East and that "sometimes it comes back to haunt you."

House of Representatives disclosure records show that, between 1998 and 2002, the Arab American Institute and the Islamic Institute gave Rohrabacher four all-expenses-paid trips to the Middle East.

In such limited circles, Rohrabacher has complained of Israel’s influence on U.S. foreign policy. That position has led him to several embarrassing blunders. In September 2002, OC Weekly revealed that Rohrabacher had not been honest about his relationship with the pro-bin Laden Taliban. These days, Rohrabacher touts his opposition to the Taliban, but in 1996 he told the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs that Taliban leaders are "not terrorists or revolutionaries" and that their "takeover of Afghanistan would be a positive development" for the U.S.

The congressman also maintained a cordial, behind-the-scenes relationship with bin Laden associates in the Middle East in the months just before Sept. 11. On April 11, 2001, Rohrabacher traveled with Saffuri and others from Washington, D.C., to meet in Qatar with Taliban leader Mullah Wakil Ahmed Muttawakil. The regime that was protecting bin Laden from U.S. intelligence operations wanted Rohrabacher to help increase U.S. aid to it, at the time already more than $100 million annually. Rohrabacher emerged from those meetings to tell Middle Eastern news media that the meeting had been "frank and open" and that the Taliban leaders were "thoughtful and inquisitive" as well as "flexible."

Rohrabacher was obviously mistaken. Five months later to the day, bin Laden’s terrorists hijacked planes and flew them into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. In the days following those attacks, the congressman claimed he had anticipated the Sept. 11 suicide missions a day before they were launched, but could not get National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice to hear his warnings. He eventually blamed the disaster on Bill Clinton, who had been out of power for eight months. The Orange County Register dutifully reported the congressman’s attack on Clinton, but left out his questionable involvement with the Taliban.

Now that he’s in a tough primary fight, Rohrabacher won’t find it so easy to dodge questions about his Middle Eastern friends. Ask Dornan why he thinks he can win and he won’t hesitate to reply: "9-11." For the typically longwinded, flame-throwing ex-congressman, the campaign strategy is both uncharacteristically simple and credible.

"What was Dana thinking?" said Dornan shortly after announcing his run for office. "Why would he be working with those characters? It’s unforgivable. He’s got a lot of explaining to do."

One name says it all... Carol Howe

The New American has been reporting on the OKC mess for years now. No one in the MSM has ever put any real heat on the Feds in all of these years since the OKC bombing occurred so I don't expect anything now.

Besides... OKC actually helped bring about Homeland Security/Patriot Act etc... The feds aren't about to give that jelly bean back to US citizens.
