Au contraire, I believe that dihydrogen monoxide should be added to every cigarette while being consumed to make it much safer!
lol
If you haven't figured it out yet, that's exactly what my posts are all about-- YOU coming to your senses and smokers realizing they are in the grips of a powerful addiction that warps their judgement and makes them have a self-righteous attitude when the rest of us non-smokers have stood up for our rights and have come to our senses about tolerance for smokers that was an overindulgence of them to our detriment.
When have I insulted you?
We went through this once before and it seems to me that we came out about even.
If I actually "blow smoke in someone's face" I would expect to get punched.
I do not throw my butts anywhere except a trach recepticle.
And yes, BTW, I DO have the right to utterly selfish behaviour, whether addiction inspired or not. It's called the "pursuit of happiness". Heard of it?
As for hijacking a patriotic forum - If that's what you think then tell it to the owner of the forum. He's the one that makes the decisions.
You just don't like the smell of tobacco smoke and would rather have the government enforce your dislikes rather than start your own, nonsmoking, business.
No, your posts are about your dislike of tobacco smoke. No more and no less.
You seem to care nothing about property owners rights, yes I said rights, nothing about liberties being revoked by the government for no good reason except someone's dislikes, and overall a complete disregard for anyone that doesn't thnk exactly like you.
And you are nothing but a canker sore on the inside of the mouth of Free Republic!
Well then, I am just happy that more government intervention into your life makes you happy. I guess we all need mothers to guide us through life. Good luck in your move.
The employee's of the casino's could claim that they don't have the same protection from smokers under the law and that their 14th amendment rights are violated.
Well, whatever. Lots of the casino workers have been employed at the casino a long time. Long before this smoking ban garbage started up, and there was no complaints then.
Plus, if the state is reaping revenue from the casino's, it's going to be a lot tougher to force a smoking ban. Especially since most big casino's today have the huge HEPA air purifiers.
And if you have 15 employees that start complaining about second hand smoke, just remember, there are 45-50 standing in line for their jobs that don't mind at all.
But the casino worker doesn't have the same rights as the Wal-mart worker. This 14th amendment approach can backfire to smokers easily.

Well then, bring it ON!
Don't you have some illegals to feed.
Shoo.
One way or another, you will quit
Fine, don't friggin do it. But keep your nanny a$$ out of other peoples business. What makes you think you have the right to tell someone else what they can and can't do in their own place?
LOL!
Grin.
Why, yes, of course. This dangerous chemical, easily procured or manufactured by terrorists, has killed more people than any other single cause. Of course we should ban it.
On the other hand, deprivation of dihidrogen monoxide is an absolute cure for cancer. I assure you, if you can eliminate all dihidrogen monoxide from your diet for as little as two weeks, you will NEVER get cancer - in fact, if you already have cancer, this two-week period of purification will ensure that the cancer is never again a problem.
There is a certain inescapable logic in your tagline, I note.
