Illegal invaders compromised our democracy, and used our government to violate our civil and constitutional rights.
Law-abiding Americans cannot, and will not, tolerate the undermining of our country, and our democracy, by foreign invaders.
The audacity of these friggin illegals, the ba**siness----- to bring our nation near anarchy for their own selfish reasons----to compromise our precious democracy in order to rip-off working class Americans. Illegals violated our civil and constitutional rights, and Americans will not tolerate this in any way, shape or form.
Now, here's the way through the illegal jungle, to get these tax-sucking illegals out of our country, subito, without costing us a cent.
=======================================================
Starting now, each and everyone of us should report the improper use of municipal tax funds that might be used for illegal aliens and illegal purposes-------the sustainable argument would be that investors and holders of tax-exempt bonds for transportation and highways, municipal school bonding, utilities bonding, and the like, have been placed in financial jeopardy if towns misused government funds for illegals. The SEC does not like to hear that tax-exempt bondholders have been jeopardized. They should be advised of your concerns. EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This argument also applies to municipal bonding agents, and banks doing business with municipalities. Most bonding agents conducting municipal business are registered broker-dealers and members of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). NASD and SIPC should also be contacted regarding your concerns about illegal activity.
-------------------------------------------------------
Banks doing business with municipalities that are conducting illegal activity are jeopardizing bank patrons, shareholders, and depositors and should be reported as follows: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is the primary federal regulator for national banks. The OCC's Customer Assistance Group is available to assist customers with questions or complaints concerning national banks. Email to Customer.Assistance@occ.treas.gov. General information about the Customer Assistance Group is available on their web site: http://www.occ.treas.gov/customer.htm.
You can reach one of the OCC Customer Assistance Specialists by calling toll free number, 1-800-613-6743, Monday-Thursday, 9-4, and Friday 9-3.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Moreover, banks giving illegal aliens mortgages are violating their fiducuary responsibilities, and misusing the federal sanctioning power of the FDIC, in improper ways, to engage in illegal activity, using fraudulent documentation. That should be pursued with the FDIC, pronto.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If duly elected federal, state, county and municipal officials, under oath of office, are aiding and abetting illegals:
to break US laws,
to take money under the table,
to not report tax implications,
to aid and abet accounting fraud;
to obtain the unlawful right to vote in our elections,
to ignore phony documentation, and,
if elected and appointed officals did, in fact, allow illegals to break the law, to use fraudulent documentaiton, to serve on official municipal councils, and if illegals are making monetary (taxing) decisions for U.S. citizens, and,
if elected and appointed officials took campaign contributions from said illegals, and in the process, deliberately ignored US laws, and enabled illegsals to vote in US elections with fraudulent documentation, that could be characterized as extortion, and/or bribery, and a violation of the Hobbs Act.
The Hobbs Act was used recently to nail four Tenn state legislators and their aids in an extortion scheme. The TENN groups was arrested under the federal Hobbs Act, charging extortion, conspiracy to extort and attempted extortion, and accepting bribes by an agent of the state. The Hobbs Act covers extortion by public officials, as follows: 2403 Hobbs Act -- Extortion By Force, Violence, or Fear

Elected officials may be violating their oaths of office by failing to act as required when receiving complaints of known incidences of illegal wrongdoing, and by failing to follow government-mandated regulatory reviews.
This could be a violation of public servant's Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor).
PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree. When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a
public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely. Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit1the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships. The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.
Civic-minded FReepers should alert law-enforcement authorities to possible wrongdoing and ask law-enforcement organizations to determine the culpability of state and municipal elected officials complicity in failing to enforce laws governing the activities of ilegal aliens, enabling illegals to use fraudulent documentation, and the extent to which these activities violated the civil and constitutional rights of Americans.
There are too many laws being broken and too many ways they can be enforced----by law enforcement and regulatory agencies---as outlined above.
I am not encouraging contact with legislators b/c I believe they are in league with the forces of illegality.
We are on our own, and, fortunately have all the laws we need to get these friggin illegals out of our country, subito.
.
How about if We the People "invade" the Captiol Building and not let any of the rascals back in again!
"How about if We the People "invade" the Captiol Building and not let any of the rascals back in again!"
It's only legal for Socialists er, Liberals er, "Progressives" to do that. It would be nice to march around the Capitol with BROOMS for a period (Like Joshua at Jerico) Brooms are very suggestive but very legal and bring out the point. :^)
Everything needed to rid ourselves of this scourge of America-hating illegal invaders (above).
Civic-minded FReepers should alert law-enforcement authorities to possible wrongdoing and ask law-enforcement organizations to determine the culpability of federal, state and municipal elected officials and agencies complicity in failing to enforce laws governing the activities of ilegal aliens.
For example, banks ignoring illegals using fraudulent documentation to obtain mortgages, is considered aiding and abetting, and should be prosecuted.
Election agencies allowing illegals to vote----ditto.
Any and all illegal activities violate the civil and constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans.
We need to demonstrate we will not tolerate illegal activity in any way, shape or form
The problem is that we are not organized as they seem to be.
Does anyone know how I can get a list of the cities that the "rallies" of these illegals are taking place on Monday?
I'm particularly interested in Boston.
Illegal invaders violate our civil and constitutional rights.
Law-abiding Americans cannot, and will not, tolerate the undermining of our country, and our government, by foreign invaders.
Now, here's the way through the illegal jungle, to get these tax-sucking illegals out of our country, subito, without costing us a cent (detailed above).
Say what? We are not as organized?
These illegal suckers couldn't even get the Senate to pass their stupid bill............and they never will.
An American on alert will never be conquered by these illegal invaders.
They need municipal permits to march. Call your Boston rep to get the info for you.
Thumbs up, thanks for that info. Maybe someone up SF way ought to look into the Mayor.
"SAN FRANCISCO - Mayor Gavin Newsom said Thursday that The City will not comply with any federal legislation that criminalizes efforts to help illegal immigrants.
The mayor also denounced a bipartisan congressional proposal that would beef up border security and allow as many as 12 million illegal immigrants to gain legal status."
http://www.examiner.com/Top_News-a70996~Mayor__City_would_ignore_legislation_if_it_were_to_pass.html
Newsom better watch himself. SF citizens have plenty of grounds to sue.

The Hobbs Act regulates extortion and robbery, which Congress has determined have a substantial effect on interstate and foreign commerce by reason of their repetition and aggregate effect on the economy. Therefore, the proscribed offenses fall within the category of crimes based on the Commerce Clause whose "de minimis character of individual instances arising under [the] statute is of no consequence."
Primary investigative jurisdiction of offenses in 18 U.S.C. § 1951 lies with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Inspector General's Office of Investigations,
Division of Labor Racketeering (formerly the Office of Labor Racketeering), United States Department of Labor, is also authorized to investigate violations of 18
U.S.C. § 1951 in labor-management disputes involving the extortion of property from employers by reason of authority conferred on investigators as Special Deputy
United States Marshals. Supervisory jurisdiction over 18 U.S.C. § 1951 is exercised by the following offices with respect to the offenses noted:
1. Extortion under color of official right or extortion by a public official through misuse of his/her office is supervised by the Public Integrity Section, Criminal Division.
2. Extortion and robbery in labor-management disputes is supervised by the Labor-Management Unit of the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, Criminal Division.
3. All other extortion and robbery offenses not involving public officials or labor-management disputes are supervised by the Terrorism and Violent Crimes Section, Criminal Division.

The problem with this is that your countrymen do not agree.
They chose abortion, contraception, and homosexuality.
What makes you think they will assist you in a quixotic
effort 20 years too late when they couldn't even get their reproductive organs in the right hole?
Remember that economic power equals military power.
India and China have 1 billion people. We have 300 million. Now that knowledge can be transmitted at the click of a button we no longer have the advantage.
If you care about America you will try to get as many skilled
people in as possible before the jig is up. And by "jig", I mean the dollar hegemony. And this is the surprising fact: It is China that is exacerbating the immigration problem.
If they wouldn't keep buying our treasuries there would not be such large amounts of mortgage debt in America chasing labor to pay for our fancy restaurants and landscaping etc.
When China turns off the money spigot the immigration will stop too.
We'd better stay on top of them unless you want to see something like amnesty or our immigration laws liberalized beyond repair.

For example, banks ignoring illegals using fraudulent documentation to obtain mortgages, are engaged in fiduciary negligence. This could also be considered aiding and abetting illegal activity, and should be prosecuted.
Election agencies allowing illegals to vote using phony documentation----ditto.
The financial interests of holders of tax-exempt municipal bonds, transportation and school bonding issues are jeopardized when municipalities engage in fiduciary negligence, use government monies inappropriately (to aid and abet illegal activity), and ignore law-breaking within their borders. Try to exercise a bit of critical thinking here-----of course you should stay on the case and let legislators know of your concerns.
Now, what I'm suggesting on this thread is individual citizens using existing laws and regulatory agencies TO ENFORCE LAWS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS.
This task specifically excludes legislators who could care less what we think b/c they are pandering for immigrant votes.

IMHO, this immigration issue defines which amongst us really ARE American ....especially those inside the beltway, for whom this is such a "challenging", "nuanced", and "complex" issue.

For sure-----this has concentrated attention on the real issues at stake here---and that is the stability of US democracy, which is built upon the rule of law.
The rule of law is the bulwark of our republic and the linchpin to its continued viability-----the only thing standing between us and camouflage-clad federales patrolling our streets with shoulder holsters.
Illegal invaders are undermining all of this. It cannot and will not not be tolerated.
These officials are exactly the ones to target for investigation.
Time to find out if Arlen Specter's pool boy or maid is an illegal. How many illegals work at the Kennedy properties? How many pieces of silver did Brownback sell out for on the issue to agribusiness interests (ADM, Monsanto, etc.)?
Let's identify the culprits, the reason for their misconduct, and ridicule the heck out of them for supporting illegal activities.
NYC Mayor Bloomberg is a perfect example.

Thank you, Liz :)
You are very welcome.
N-i-c-e take. Worth repeating.
The illegal invasion has concentrated the attention of Americans on the nature of democracy and its central bulwark against anarchy---our Constitution and the rule of law.
The arrogance of these mental midgets---- lettuce pickers and hamburger flippers. These imbeciles actually believe wavng the Mexican flag in our faces helps their case.
Some lowlife drug lord actually told these morons that Americans are a bunch of suckers who cannot see past the smoke and mirrors, and that we would sit still for their abhorent immigration bill.
The druggies are hiding behind the backsides of vote-hungry US elected officials bandying about the bill that treats these lawbreakers better than law-abiding US citizens.
No one is impressed by this cadre of spineless marionettes dancing limply on the strings of corruption, manipulated by the unseen alien horde puppetmasters lurking behind the scenes, ready to pounce on US assets.
Time to hold their feet to the fire. Enforce the laws, or else!
Let us also add to the legal mix, that if any of the entities mentioned were aware that laws were being violated, and then failed to report it, that is a crime in itself.
This crime is over and above entities knowingly participating in law-breaking.
Unfortunately, that is my first, initial gut reaction to this whole thing.
Bringing broken laws to their attention is one thing. Forcing them to enforce the law is another. Where to we go from there?
Gee, that is kind of like going thru airport security too.
Not a bad idea---but would be very hard to get going.
It seems to me that those "organizations" are breaking the RICO statutes, just because of what they're doing as well.
Mark
"It is even a worse idea if you resemble Cynthia. lol"
Sorry...I must be dense. I don't get it.
More info here on how to proceed.
Oh, OK. I get it now. I just wasn't thinking about her. I know some Cynthias.
The issue of a guest worker program is completely separate from the issue of illegal aliens.
We have a guest worker program. It may need to be reformed but illegal aliens are those who have not applied to be guest workers. There are 11 million of them. (or more) The only thing needing reform now concerns illegal aliens and border security. We need to enforce the existing laws respecting the presence and employment of illegal aliens and border security.
Border security is the number one problem in this debate. The flood of illegal aliens is a major factor in relation to our lack of border security but it is only one factor. There is also a matter of national security in a time of war and in an age when terrorists have set their sights on inflicting mass destruction on our society.
After the issues of border security and millions of illegal foreign nationals on our soil the matter of guest workers is very small. Until the first two problems are thoroughly and firmly addressed the guest worker issue should not even be discussed.
The President the Senate and the House need to get that message with unambiguous resolve.
Border security! No employment for illegal aliens!
Immigration and a guest worker program are separate issues from the above.
Now is the time to put the pressure on!
Thanks!
This is not about workers rights or fair immigration policies. It has to do with international communist/socialist orgs looking to gain the political upperhand in the U.S..
Posted by JeffHead Jeff links to Mexica.org's 'after protest' pic fest. You can see there what the marchers thought they were marching for.
A poster for Fridays march. March 31. This poster lists the Latino orgs that are promoting the protests. They are all communist/socialist front orgs.
Here is my analysis of what is going on behind the scenes.
Here is some evidence that 'amnesty' increases illegal entries. These people knew before the demonstrations that the time was ripe.
Smith Act of 1940 This is the U.S. statute that ought to apply to the organized gathering of tens of thousands of foreign nationals calling for the overthrow of our country.
H.R. 4437 At this link you will find a good exegesis of the only bill that doesn't offer some type of amnesty/pathway to citizenship/excuses for illegal entry. It is harsh on employers but has reasonable protections for employers who verify documents that are later shown to be false. It explains that the databases necessary are already in place. It provides for border security.
Understand that the provision that the protesters say is 'racist,' that makes illegals felons, was inserted by the Dems a short time ago. That clarifies why Hillary happened to discover the immigration issue a week before the marches. Why she demonized Republicans as "making Jesus a criminal."
Keep in mind just who organized these protests. Who provided the tens of thousands of T-shirts, the thousands of professionally made signs, the hours and hours of promotion on Spanish language radio and TV stations. It has been noticed that Islamic orgs names and logos appear on some of these signs as well. Remember that NEA teachers and administrators are the ones who have assisted the march organizers by providing bussing for their students, hoisting Mexican flags at school and overlooking the truancy.
Don't forget that the last two Presidential elections were nearly 50/50. Think about how our Congress is looking for a way to appease these foreign nationals through legislation. No election necessary. The outcome of legalizing 11 million illegals and encouraging more to come will be a solid lock for the left forevermore in national elections.
Mexico is Rich- Mexican wealthy play American taxpayers for suckers
Good thread for any that missed it. It should really make you mad.
Every dollar spent in U.S. taxes for social services for illegal aliens frees up additional cash to be sent south as part of the annual remittances which provided $20 billion in 2005. According to the CNN news show Lou Dobbs Tonight (3/21/05), "Remittances, as they're called, are expected to become Mexico's primary source of income this year, surpassing the amount of money that Mexico makes on oil exports for the first time ever."
Mayans in Chiapas Region Convert to Islam
The bill that was just defeated in the Senate was an amnesty, plain and simple. But take a look at what these treasonous scumbags tried to hide in it. They will be back and we can expect more of this if we do not act decisively.
Well the States and local governments could pass codes that make housing illegals illegal.. since its NOW illegal to be illegal.. Its legal to restrict illegals or more the ones that parasitize the parasites.. NOW..
Yes, Building Codes that restrict illegal aliens in housing.. Where would they live legally?.. Property Managers would have to be careful or be fined and or shut down.. also real estate sellers and buyers Agents and Title companies would be effected.. also home inspectors..
Wouldn't get rid of them all but would made it much harder for them to LIVE.. Illegal aliens are as much a threat to the neigborhood as fire is.. Like smoke alarms are mandated in most areas.. Housing illegal aliens could and should be illegal.. for they are already illegal.. Housing renegades from the law is probably already illegal in some places.. its just no BUILDING NO CODE has been passed to demand the owners of rented property even to know who the renters are..
If NOTHING the ACLU suit that would result would expose the ACLU and all the politicians against it.. For the building code would be ONLY following the present law.. For illegal aliens are illegal NOW.. Illegal for what?.. Illegal to be walking around, working, and literally anything an illegal does while in the state of being illegal.. Did I say illegal enough?.. maybe NOT..
