We did not perceive that the Serbians were a threat to America.

Isn't it fair to say, compared to Saddam, that the Serbs weren't much of a threat to anyone? Where was all the fuss about Dill & sHrillary's lies?

Actually, I have been suspicious of the possibility that Clinton's bombing of Serbia was the trigger that caused the Russian Chekist to take a hostile position towards the US and NATO. Some of us were worried about that possibility way back then. No confirmation yet in the historic time-lines. At the very least it was a contributing factor or a minor justification.
