N Korea warns of 'human bombs'

NORTH Korea's defence chief has warned that Pyongyang could also launch a pre-emptive attack against the United States, with state media saying soldiers were ready to be "human bombs."
"A pre-emptive attack is not (the) monopoly of the US, and North Korea will never sit idle till it is exposed to a preemptive attack of the US," Defense Minister Kim Il-Chol said, according to the official Korean Central News Agency. "The US is now talking about the six-party talks but in fact, it is zealously inciting hostility toward North Korea while floating all sorts of sheer fictions, utterly indifferent to the talks," he said.
He issued the warning at a meeting yesterday to mark the 13th anniversary of North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il's reign as chairman of the country's powerful National Defence Commission.
Kim Il-Chol accused Washington of "watching for every chance to attack Pyongyang after listing it as a target of pre-emptive attack.
"It is the traditional combat method of North Korea to directly counter the pressure and threat of aggression from the enemies, without yielding to them," he said.
Rodong Sinmun, the ruling communist party's daily newspaper, said in an editorial Sunday that the North's military power "has been remarkably strengthened."
"The whole army is replete with the spirit of devotedly defending the leader and all the servicepersons are reliably defending the country and socialism in the spirit of readily becoming human bombs, the spirit of suicide bombing.
"It has modern offensive and defensive means capable of coping with any war," it said.
The comments came as top negotiators from six nations involved in efforts to end North Korea's weapons drive were gathering in Tokyo for a regional security conference.
Six-party talks involving the two Koreas, China, Japan, Russia and the US are in limbo after Washington accused Pyongyang of counterfeiting US dollars and laundering money.
North Korea denies the charge and demands the US lift financial sanctions before it returns to the talks.
Pyongyang declared in February last year that it had nuclear weapons.
Experts say the country is also busily developing advanced missiles capable of serving as a delivery system.
A prototype from 1998.....
the great leader resorting to terrorism tactics...
Bush called it right when he referred to them a part of the Axis of Evil
Moreover, the United States kicked the rear ends of the North Koreans over 50 years ago. If China had not intervened with over a million troops, the North Korean army would have been wiped out completely. Even after China entered the war, we pushed them out beyond the 38th parallel.
North Korea today is a criminal state that engages in slavery, torture, drug running, counterfeiting, rape, and murder.
Its press releases are also about effective as the DNCs.
Everytime you read another, maniacal threat from this wretched excuse of a nation... remember how Carter, Clinton & Albright prostrated themselves before it.
Disgusting country.
It all started with fermented, bottled Kimchi, which is bottled under fermented pressure and ready to explode in our very own supermarkets!
Wake up AMERICA, the Kimchi terror is about to pepper us all!( LOL)
DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....DANGER....
KIMCHI!!!!
He's RONREY!!
So if they are going to launch a pre-pre-emptive attack to counter our pre-emptive attack we will need to launch a pre-pre-pre-emptive attack. Perhaps we could use exploding rice.
Maybe North Korea will collapse. Doesn't sound to good for the regime if they're resorting to "human bombs". Didn't really help the Japs much. Of course, they didn't have the nukes.
Under Kim Jong Il's enlightened rule, fewer people are left to starve to death, and our country's military strength is demonstrated in the eagerness of our citizenry to blow themselves up in the defense of the motherland!
I imagine they've eaten all the rice by now.
Is that Bob Dylan in the foreground?

What are they going to do? Put 'em in row boats and point 'em east?
Here's an idea. "Bomb" them with med rare steaks and, after they're finished stuffing their faces with something besides dog, they'll fall into the NK version of a siesta. Then just stroll in and "liberate" them.
"Is that Bob Dylan in the foreground?"
Yes. If I remember correctly, "Soy Bomb" dude jumped up on the stage at one of his concerts and started doing some kind of weird dance.
Halfway through Bob Dylan's performance of "Love Sick" at the 1998 Grammy Awards, a background dancer named Michael Portnoy ripped off his shirt, ran up next to Dylan, and started dancing and contorting spastically with the words SOY BOMB written boldly in black across his chest. Dylan glanced briefly at Portnoy and went on playing without missing a beat. Portnoy continued to "dance" for about 40 seconds, making odd grimaces, his eyes often closed as if in a trance, until security realized he wasn't part of the show and escorted him off-stage.
It was an odd publicity stunt, but hilarious to see the look on Dylan's face when the guy started his routine and was subsequently escorted away.
They've gone beyond rice now. I read stories were people were eating bark from the trees.
