You would think that Southwest's lawyers would have been able to find other passengers that could corroborate the flight attendant's story. If it happened the way the FA said it did, then Southwest's lawyers are incompetent. Perhaps the person was profiled but it sure wasn't worth 27.5 million in damages. Maybe a few free trips on another airline.

I like they reporters who always want to know why something is "taking longer, shorter, faster, slower, more expensive, or cheaper than was "expected", but they never tell you what was "expected".... Rummy actually caught one of them with that one once. He asked the reporter what was "expected"... funny

I truly think that is one of the reasons that the MSM including BOR, have been calling for his resignation for so long...
It has nothing to do with Iraq...it is because he doesn't suffer fools gladly...and they are all "fools" in his eyes.
