A. The first priority

First. Ammunition (122 mm)
Second. Ammunition (130 mm)
Third. Ammunition (155 mm)

To the depots and storage of the Second Corp and the two ammunition depot groups Dijla/2/3

The top three types of priority ammunition have all been associated with Iraqi WMD on open-source documentation.

B. Second priority.

First. Ammunition (23 mm)
Second. Ammunition (14.5 mm)

To the ammunition depots of the air defense and distributed to the ammunition depot groups in (Al Mussayeb- Al Sobra- Saad).

The latter two are air defense weapons, which fits in perfectly with their described destination.

I wonder if this is a transfer approval for ammunition including special ammunition in artillery size, and conventional ammunition in AA size. I'm not aware of chemical weapons in 23mm or 14.5mm.
