One problem I see is that the infrastructure of a community cannot take unfettered immigration. we need only to look at Lewiston, Maine as an example.

I remember the multiple posts on FR at the time. I believe I am right in the actual logistics of how this came about. I stand corrected of course, as it was about 4 years ago.

The Somali people were originally settled in the State of Georgia. The authorities had drastically cut back for all welfare recipients. This was across the board.

Someone did their homework. The State of Maine- not having a massive welfare population, therefore had among the most benefits in the USA.
