Document: Iraqi Intelligence To Train Arab Feedayeen Terrorists In the Year 2000 (Translation)
Pentagon/FMSO Iraq Pre-war documents ^ | April 18 2006 | jveritas

Posted on 04/18/2006 7:35:16 PM PDT by jveritas

Earlier we have seen the translation of document ISGP-2003-00028868 (see http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1600367/posts ) where it talks about Training Non Iraqi Foreign Arab Terrorists in February 2003 to help the Iraqis in their war against the coalition forces. Some may have dismissed this document by saying that the Iraqis wanted every possible help on the eve of the war, and thus they argued that there was no connection between Saddam and terrorists. However now comes this Iraqi Intelligence document CMPC-2003-005935 that is dated November 22 1999 and it talks about the plan for the year 2000 and that includes the Training of Arab Feedayeens which mean training non Iraqi Foreign Arab Terrorists. Who are those Feedayeen Foreign Arab Terrorists? Are they Al Qaeda, Hamas, etc…? This document is another proof of Saddam great connection to Terrorism and dated back to the year 1999-2000, a long rooted connection to terrorism. Saddam Regime is a TERRORIST REGIME and we had all the rights to remove him after 9/11/2001.

Beginning of the translation of page 2 of document CMPC-2003-005935

In the Name of God the Most Merciful the Most Compassionate

The Presidency of the Republic

The Intelligence Apparatus

Mr: The Respected Director

Subject: Projects of a Plan

Below are projects of the plan for the year 2000 and according to the budget suggested for it in the spending budget of the year 2000 and as follow:

1. Prepare an armored brief case to protect the VIPs 180 days.

2. Study on the Epoxy used currently in preparing the IEDs and the possibility of finding another type that will not affect the explosive.

3. Studies and researches of the materials that increase the intensity of the explosive.

4. Prepare theoretical and applied lessons on the popular explosives 120 days.

5. Training of the Arab Feedayeens- within the plan of the year 2000.

Establish tournaments specialized in the explosives 30 days

Please review and your command with regards

You know, every night before I go to bed, I check out FR to see what I missed during the day.

And almost without fail there is another doc from jveritas, blowing out one or several of the anti-american arguments against the liberation of Iraq.

Another nice find.

The mention of IEDs in item 3, are these intended as part of the training of the Arab Fedayeen in your opinion? This whole section of the budget seems to be expressly devoted to suicide or other types of bombers.

"This whole section of the budget seems to be expressly devoted to suicide or other types of bombers."

No need to worry. The first World Trade Center attack, the Cole, and Oklahoma City had nothing at all to do with foreign terrorism.

They were, you know, the result of individuals acting alone, not acts of war sponsored by foreign governments. After all, Billy Boy and the DOJ said so.

The Saddam Fedayeen also took part in the regime's domestic terrorism operations and planned for attacks throughout Europe and the Middle East. In a document dated May 1999, Saddam's older son, Uday, ordered preparations for "special operations, assassinations, and bombings, for the centers and traitor symbols in London, Iran and the self-ruled areas [Kurdistan]." Preparations for "Blessed July," a regime-directed wave of "martyrdom" operations against targets in the West, were well under way at the time of the coalition invasion.

Jveritas keeps in coming in. We'll keep on reading em. Fortunately all this stuff is being stored at FR for reference in the future. We got a potential gold mine hear for debate with the less informed. And they sure are in the majority. I told my brothers family while at Sunday Easter dinner a little about what jveritas has been doing, and explained the Harmony database. They all look at me with almost glazed eyes. Did not know how to respond. I had to tell my nephew the Marine, two deploys to the pit that we know are seeing translated documents that Saddam did indeed deal with al Qaeda and other goons prior to the invasion. I told him I would send him the articles by email if he wants. I did not get an affirmative response for some reason.
I think a lot of people have been hearing so much horse $hit for so long they no longer are receptive to a ... well guess what folks.

But But Madeline Albright said we had Saddam in a box and so there was no need to invade. Could it be she was wrong? Is that possible! I'm so confused.

Prepare an armored brief case to protect the VIPs 180 days.

What do you think this means? An armored briefcase? Any idea what VIPs are? Could this refer to some type of lead-encased or reinforced attache case in which they can transport a certain type of chemical or nuclear weapon?

That is the way it was written in the Arabic document.
" Hakeeba Modaraa'a" = "Armored Case or Armored Brief Case", "AL Shakhsyat" = " High Level or Important Personalities".

Oh, it was important "people"? Hmmm...

I just don't understand how an armored briefcase can protect the VIP (person) for 180 days.

Maybe you'll find something in another document that sheds light on this.

You are doing some historically important work. As a fellow translator (once upon a time), you're doing an amazing amount of production in record time.
