Skip to comments.2003 Document: Saddam Ordered To Treat The Arab Feedayeen Terrorists The Same As Iraqi Soldiers
Posted on 04/20/2006 2:00:22 PM PDT by jveritas
Document ISGQ-2004-00060580 is a memo that contains a direct order form Saddam Hussein in the middle of the war asking to treat the Arab Feedayeen i.e. the non Iraqi Foreign Arab Terrorists as equal as the Iraqi soldier in salary and benefits and not just any soldier but like those in the Special Forces. These are the same Arab terrorists who stayed in Iraq after the removal of the regime and caused those horrible attacks mostly on innocent civilians. This document is a follow on another document where the Iraqi were training Foreign Arab terrorist since the year 2000 (please see those two translations: Document: Iraqi Intelligence To Train Arab Feedayeen Terrorists In the Year 2000 http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1617431/posts Document: Saddam Regime Training and Using Foreign Arab Terrorists As Suicide Bombers. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1600367/posts ). The extremely strong connection between Saddam and Terrorism is something that we need to tell the whole world about it, because for this reason alone we would have all the right to remove this Terrorist Regime after the 9/11, we just cannot afford to live with it.

So, basically, Zarqawi was on Saddam's payroll.
Explain THAT one, Richard Clarke, NY Times, John Kerry, Scott Ritter, Joe Wilson, Howard Dean, Hillary, Al Franken, etc., ad nauseum.
GREAT WORK, JVERITAS! YOU ROCK!
Another proof of that Saddam Regime is a Terrorist Regime.
No Saddam had no connection what so ever to terrorism :)
Wow! Important translation and thank you, jveritas. Adding to my long list and will send out to the media and Congresscritters. Now, if they'd only start writing and talking about your translations!
Keep hanging in there and translating this stuff jveritas, because even though the lame stream media is ignoring you the eyes of history that go on from here will have these docements and their view what we did there may be very different than is portrayed by todays rabid media elites. Rock on ^5
Terrorism? What terrorism? These Fedayeen were simply migrant workers! There to do the jobs that Iraqis wouldn't! Yeah, that's the ticket!
Thank you very much. The truth will always come out no matter how long liberals and their media try to hide it or ignore it.
don't connection bump...
dot connection bump...
And notice this is dated a couple weeks AFTER the commencement of Operation Iraqi Freedom, when Saddam was in hiding and he needed the 'insurgents' to do his fighting for him.
More on Saddam Terrorist Regime!
Hearing references to you and your work in far reaching places...great work!
That is absolutely correct.
Thank you very much :) The truth about these documents must get out.
Yet more connections to terrorists, it is slowly coming out thanks to you.

Here's some background on the fedayeen:
The Fedayeen, with a total strength reportedly between 18,000 and 40,000 troops, was composed of young soldiers recruited from regions loyal to Saddam. The unit reported directly to the Presidential Palace, rather than through the army command, and was responsible for patrol and anti-smuggling duties. Though at times improperly termed an "elite" unit, the Fedayeen was a politically reliable force that could be counted on to support Saddam against domestic opponents. It started out as a rag-tag force of some 10,000-15,000 "bullies and country bumpkins." They were supposed to help protect the president and Uday, and carry out much of the police's dirty work.
Thank you so very much for these translations they are opening the eyes of millions
I hope so my fellow freeper, I greatly hope so.
The ARAB FEEDAYEEN are "Non Iraqi Foreign Arab Terrorists" period, this is as clear as 1+1=2. You are confusing them with Saddam Feedayeen who were Iraqis and those folks ar not called Arab Feedayeen but simply Saddam Feedayeen.
Sorry man, but you need to read more what you have posted is utter confusion.
Great work on the translation, much appreciated.
Now, please permit me to mock the Hussein Regime for being in such denial of the military outcome of our invasion that they were sending out memos about monthly salary checks with only mere days left in power...
thanks for posting
No, they were both.
Two different groups, after all. One group, the "Saddam Fedayeen," was comprised of Hussein loyalists as you describe.
The other group, the "Arab Fedayeen," were and are foreigners recruited for suicide missions, among other things.
You want to put your foot in your mouth again?
No, that's quite alright. Apparently I was misinformed.

Please add the keyword prewardocs to any articles pertaining to this subject.
As usual, they were very delusional.
You are absolutely amazing!
This is one real bone to be stuck in the throats of the whining libs.
When are your translations be ready for Prime Time?
People need to know.
But of course the left say these document are cooked up in someone's kitchen table to give Bush credit for saving the world.
Any information about Al Shifa pharmaceutical plant in the Sudan? Clinton thought the Iraqi Intelligence and al Queda were cooking up VX nerve gas at the plant. Richard Clarke thought the intelligence was correct but it was a PR disater for the Clinton Administration. Maybe the Iraqi intelligence moved it somewhere else?
This may be to interest of those who like to keep track of the al Qaeda top guys getting whacked.
The more I read of these tapes the angrier I get. This is getting NO air time anywhere. Rush, Sean and all our favorite talk show hosts should be talking about this 24hoours a day. Freerepublic is great but when I bring this up with my liberal friends(yeah I have some. Live in new york)they don't know anything about the tapes and say that they don't exist.
I think that they are documents and not tapes.
Liberals never believe anything we have on Free Republic.
I just laugh at them when they try to run FR down. I tell them, you sound just like Danny Blather and his troll, Mary Mapes before CBS fired them.
" Zarqawi was on Saddam's payroll..."
Wow. What will the DUmmies say ?
The old media will lead on the cover-up.
The libs will just claim these documents were clever forgeries. I would call that projection (seeing as how they are masters at forging documents).
jberitas, you are a sparkling gem among us for translating these bits of information for our benefit and reading. You are greatly appreciated by us. Thank you.
I am honored to be in the company of freepers.
They are watching Chris Matthews,....he doesn't know about any of this either...
One of these fine days Chrissy is going to go potty in his pants when the news of these translations finally break.
wait, wait, wait, wait a second. John Kerry, Howard Dean and the Democrats all told us (after Bush was elected) that there were no terrorists in Iraq before we went in. They were in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Philipines, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Indonesia, Australia, German, The Netherlands, Chechnya, Moscow, Turkey, Morroco, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, North Korea but NOT, definitley not in Iraq.
The guys that lit his fuse was a standin for the ex Reb congressman on MSNBC,,,can't seem to recall his name ...and is from Philly,...but he laid it on Chrissy real heavy and Chrissy said this business is with Joe Wilson is the MOST important thing because Bush took us to WAR over Saddam having the capability to cause a Mushroom Cloud and Bush lied...(I am paraphrasing there....).
Your paraphrasing is adequate however. One of these days these lib goons are going to start eating crow once the news breaks on all Saddam had in place, just waiting for the sanctions to be lifted.
Question? On some documents under signature there is a name and on some under signature a number such as 28/2 and on some like this one it says Signature, then underneath just Staff General. Is there no actual name tied to these documents?
