I would venture to guess that the Santa Clara adult actually-voting voter (which accounts for 1/4 of the entire Santa Clara population) reaction to her lesbianism (if they ever learn of it) is one of the following.

1. It's about time. 33%
2. Isn't that WONderful? 33%
3. Who cares? 33%
4. Bad news all around. 1%

Considering the wight and importance of what a Superior Court judge does, people with emotional and mental disorders really don't belong there.

I don't think it's unreasonable for us to want normal, stable people as judges.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced Thursday the appointment of a Mountain View woman to a judgeship with the Santa Clara County Superior Court.

This is why electing liberal Republicans is ALWAYS a disaster. They pull stunts like this and the GOP base gets ticked off. It's a recipe for losing our majority and our country.

According to the American Psychiatric Association up until 1973, that's exactly what they have. The APA removed homosexuality from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual in 1973, not as a result of any new scientific breakthroughs, but because of pressure from homosexual groups. What does that tell you?
