To further hone the skills of Afghan National Police cadets, the emphasis of the training is based on maintaining situational awareness and survival in high-risk environments.
The skills the cadets learn there will make them capable and professional. Once trained, Afghan National Police officers will be able to respond to dangerous situations decisively but with a reduced chance of injury to innocent bystanders.
“As with the rest of our curriculum, this training is educational and highly effective for the future of [Afghan National Police] officers,” Aga said. “The implementation of the tactical training is useful and very practical.”
The house allows Afghan National Police cadets to train to respond to domestic violence, apprehension of an insurgent, a hostage situation or when contraband is expected in the home.
The facilities allow instructors to simulate several different scenarios that may occur during an Afghan National Police duty day.
