..."In the meantime, the campus police continue their investigation," she said. "If you have not yet been interrogated, you do not have to talk to them without an attorney. You can make it hard to find you. Again, I am so sorry." ...
...Police believe the prosecutor will pursue charges against Jacobsen. "I would anticipate that (Jacobsen) will be charged," Martin said. "The probable cause is overwhelming." ...

Obstruction of Justice.
Going to be some ugly mugshots.
Was my understanding there was film of the incident. Sort of hard to hide from that.
Why are the perps whining about their free speech? Can't they see they are denying others theirs?
Kinda stupid because the college knows who's enrolled in each class and has all the data on the students. Plus the pictures taken...
Prisons are full of people that made one mistake you arrogant fool.
Yeah, it never ceases to amaze me how liberals want to shut up people they disagree with. For ACLU types to constantly protect constitutional rights, as those rights apply only to them, is, to me, strange.
Why are they so afraid of conservative ideas? Why do they seem so afraid of organized religion?

Jacobsen on right.
I don't seriously think she ought to go to jail. But losing her job and a criminal fine, probation, and a criminal record are just about right.
However, Yelton and Lt. Col. Jeffrey Martin don't believe that the students involved will face legal retribution. "At this time, we don't anticipate the students being charged," Martin said. "They were intimidated by an authority figure into believing that this was not a criminal act."
Isn't this the defense used at Nuremberg?
Fascists believe only THEIR side should enjoy free speech. As for us...? FORGET ABOUT IT!
SHUDDER!!!!!!! just SHUDDER!!!!!!!
No more pics please
OMG! With a mug like that, I too might be inclined to support abortion!
For the love of God, no more photos of the evil Jacobsen or these astonishly ugly liberal vermin.
And because she knows this all provides cover and that a university will reward a lawless dull left wing mess like her, whereas they would persecute a respectful, clean-cut conservative.
Maybe one reason they are afraid of organized religion is because they do not want to be held accountable. They just want to lead their lives anyway that feels good to them and they may feel religion would restrict them.
As a Christian I am held accountable to God. The funny thing is I feel a lot more at peace and happier because of my faith in God. I know the left does not understand that.
I seriously think she should be prosecuted and nailed to the wall. Jail if it applies.

Here's a bit of wisdom in the comments section following the full article. Must be one of her students.
If the display was on the campus, they had just as much right to remove it as those who put it up. This type of display has no place on a college campus. They were wrong , however, for damaging the property. Removing it, was not a crime. Throwng the display items in the garbage was.

I really don't understand that logic.
Me, neither, It must be what passes for higher learning these days.
Is this like saying, "If you park your bicycle on campus, I have as much right to remove it as your have to park it there."
Why oh why are the 'spokespersons' for this stuff so *utt ugly?? Geez, my wife is a strong woman and she sure looks a whole lot better than these freeks.
You should have seen the comments on the first article. There were people saying it was okay for them to do it because abortion clinics have been bombed.

Wonder how many cigarettes a woman like Sally
goes for in the joint?
BTW, I think she just added an Obstruction of Justice charge to her resume with some of her comments. A creative prosecutor might be able to make a Conspiracy charge stick as well.
L
I'd bet my eyeteeth that the writer is a stupid young woman.
Why not? Pro-life people who peacefully stand within 200' of an abortion clinic go to jail all the time. What part of breaking the law and destroying property don't you understand?
Are you series?

People are starting to sound quite liberal about this woman not going to jail.
She broke the law and would demand you go to jail if you did a similiar action against one of her causes.
She abused her position of authority and encouraged others to commit felonies. Representing the state she violated these folks constitutional rights. One of the real rights and not one the MSM makes up.
If it were me, doing the same to a pro-baby-killing exhibit, I'd sure as hell would be in jail, let alone jobless from a gubbmint-tit job.
The dumbing down of this society continues, being "taught" by the likes of this marxist.
Make no mistake...this will continue with the blessing of the current administration, or any other that follows.
History teaches interesting lessons...to bad, no one pays any heed.
Well, it's all in the Bible...hence my FR screen name.
