How many times has he used the lie, "jobs Americans won't do?"

He'll keep right on saying it until the GOP loses both Houses and the new RAT majority impeaches him.

The slogan, "the jobs Americans won't do" is the GOP counterpart to the Democrat's favorite slogan, "A woman's right to choose."

They have both been reduced to meaningless slogans, mouthed rapidly, in one long monotone "word", by rote, devoid of content.

You'd think "our side" would be above such tripe. I guess not.

I guess they're not completely devoid of meaning. Each is "code" -- "A woman's right to choose" (spoken as, "AWoman'sRightToChoose" in flat monotone delivery) is code for "the political power that comes from the legal power to kill children in, or partially in the womb."

And, "jobs Americans won't do" is likewise code, in this case, for, "Jobs that have been rendered pointless for those who can only afford to live crammed like sardines, 40 to 50 per house, working long hours, often off-the-books, never complaining about any abusive treatment, since, as part of the 'black market', they can be replaced at the drop of a hat, and, if they get TOO 'uppity', they can be turned in to 'la migra'."

It used to be that this sort of pathetic sloganeering was beneath us. No more, I guess.

Here's another job Americans will not do if the amnesty is passed. Vote republican.

I assume that doesn't imply the Demonrats would do any better. But Hillary's latest pronouncement "favoring" a border fence is evidence of her and their intention to try to steal the issue by "appearing tough" on illegal immigration.

She's not "stealing the issue". She can't steal it. NO ONE can steal it.

By definition, it is impossible to "steal" abandoned property!

I THINK YOU NEED TO READ MY LAST SENTENCE of my original post!!! It is repeated below.

I was stating what the facts are on the ground here. Pi$$es you off that it does not fit nicely into your racist little world eh? I still think that you are an ignorant, uninformed bigot!

"""BTW, I am for securing the borders, and deporting all illegals. Then we can talk about a "guest worker" program."""

Reality is a b!tch... for YOU!

It's NOT an "amnesty", dammit!

It's simply a foregivness of having violated a meaningless counterproductive unenforeced "law", and granting citizenship (fast-track) as a show of apology for our having been rude to These Good People Who Only Want To Come Here To Take Jobs Americans Were Doing.

But it's NOT "amnesty."

Got it? Or would you prefer a few terms in "reeducation camp" to HELP you get it?

Now shut up and be nice to your new neighbors. You do NOT want to get them angry!

"I still support my President"

I've read all your replies now, I think. My whole argument has been that Republicans and conservatives ought to do what you are doing. Disagree on whatever policy you wish, but support him overall and work to keep Democrats out of office. Unfortunately, too many people here are doing just the opposite.

See today's CNN poll. Over 70% of Americans support a guest worker program for illegals currently in the US.

Over 70%.

"That being the case (and I don't dispute it),Bush should be more popular with the Demonrats."

Not necessarily...remember hardcore libs (the far left) could care less about political ideology and more about party affiliation. Why do you think blacks vote 90%+ for dems?

No compromise! No concessions! No quarter!

Secure the border!

Crack down on employers!
(The dog-and-pony show catch-and-release won't cut it either.)

No anchor babies!

Deport illegal aliens.

Bring in immigrants who have been waiting for years with papers in hand!

Nothing else will do.

Youre not an elite, youre a lawyer and although an Indian guy could do it just as well and cheaper in the near future that wont happen because your particular profession will be protected. The reason? Alot of the guys who write the laws were lawyers, are lawyers and/or associate with many lawyers. Pretty sweet deal.

Wrong. Bush has always defined amnesty as any reform that has a path to citizenship written into it. He is now endorsing it.
