Who cares about the Senate anyhow? Like a nice 50/50 split and gridlock wouldn't be an improvement over what has been going on there the last few years.

I care and I vehemently disagree with your assertion that a 50/50 split and gridlock would be an improvement. In addition, you cannot guarantee a 50/50 split.
