I just want everyone to get a look at it so we know the truth behind what is going on. This is a growing belief among illegal immigrants and Latin Americans in general.

I post this a lot, so I finally just start posting the link the minimize space.

Great, so the Mexican leader just wants to unload all their economic and security problems on us? No thanks.

We need, if not a wall, then at the very least a very strong, well-guarded border. I hope the rest of the party joins with what the House leaders have passed and get serious about DEFENDING our border.

I am still in favor of Predator drones with missiles.

One of my friends threatened to attend the march yesterday...in a large 4WD Truck with a Confederate Flag, he mentioned something about speed bumps : )

The rino republicans including the President and his advisers are leading this party to a tremendous defeat in November. Every day that goes by with illegal immigration in the forefront of debate, his poll numbers and those for the party will decline drastically, no matter the price of gasoline or the improvement in the economy. It is so ironic that while the conservatives in party strongly disagree with his position, he gets nothing but abuse from the illegals who he is trying to appease (witness the utter contempt expressed for him yesterday amoung those illegals interviewed on TV.) There is not one vote to be gained from that crowd but hundreds of thousands to be lost from the conservatives. The republican leadership is braindead.

I was under the understanding that we ALREADY send them more in aid than they even make in their "oil industry".

Look at South America.
To build an economy it takes capital investment. Investors of capital expect some return, not a confiscation of property as just done to the Natural Gas fields in Bolivia. (4 foreign companies "robbed", oil fields taken that the government cannot operate alone.)
These corrupt officials get elected by an ignorant electoral by "offers" of entitlement. Someone should inform these masses, they are destroying THEMSELVES.
What is "planned" for tomorrow here in the US, see:

Very interesting site.

And y'all thought Vicente Fox was bad? This guy would be a nightmare.

Fortunately he's from the smallest of the three major Mexican parties, but also the most radical and left wing. He's also the former mayor of Mexico City. I don't know how much of a chance he has in the election, but we'll find out soon enough, the election is next month.

It's possible that the point of the demonstrations in the US is to help get this guy elected in Mexico. The demonstrations were organized by the communist connected, oh heck just read communist, ANSWER coalition (spin off/branch of the Stalinist Workers World Party)

You're right. They get enough money from us to choke a horse, but their appetite for more is limitless. Plus the real goal is taking over the US altogether, which they now see as doable.

You're right. Things look bleak as far as South America's concerned. Well, they'll get worse. It's like one of those Russian dolls, you take them apart and there's always another one underneath, another layer, another player with enmity toward the US.

Sorry Lopez, we can't help you until you rid your OWN country of the rampant corruption.

Historically the far left wing party that Lopez Obredor (Lopez is his father's family name not his given name, Obredor is his mother's family name, assuming his family follows general Spanish naming conventions. Andres is his "first", Manuel would be his "middle" name) belongs to is the least corrupt of the Mexican parties. In fact that's the reason they have as much support as they do.

Still, he's the next thing to a communist, he's friends with Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro. Not the sort of leadership we'd be comfortable with on our southern border.

What's so frustrating about Fox's remarks/attitude and Bush's lack of enforcement of the border (and in war-time, for heaven's sake), is that it's a shell game. The US is being played and it's insulting. Mexico wants the US to pay and fix their problems, which will probably happen even if we get nuked. We want friendly oil next door. Meanwhile, Mexican ethnic cleansing is truly vile. You'd think the average Mexican would wake up and fight for his/her patrimony, but instead they give up and head north.

Weasels in DC will play footsie with whoever takes over in Mexico...for oil. That's the dirty little secret.
