cspan 2 now.
Saying the USA must accept internation migration
This is foreign ministers giving the talking points of the DNC.
The had colombia's foreign minister saying that guest worker programs and remitances (sending money home) is crucial to relieving unemployement strain.
Now Panama's minister testifying. Saying the world has no choice but to allow legal migration.
Essentially they are saying open borders to relieve their mismanagment.
website mentioned was
did not check it
caption for conference is U.S. Immigration Policy
Migration Policy Insitute is apparently the sponsoring organization. It is as if these are all socialists.
This is definitly a know thy enemy hearing.
citing a program with spain where the guest worker has a TWO YEAR CONTRACT AND THEN MUST RETURN HOME.
These people talk of guest worker with NO citizenship at the end. IOW there is no kennedy/mccain bs of citizenship amnesty.
Guest means guest!
These countries look at it as a means of relieving their unemployement problems.
Socialists communists yet again trying to change our policies for the good of communists!
Time to face the truth folks. America is supposed to be the safety valve for all the world's problems, per our senate and president. It is estimated that if the senate and the current administration are allow to have their way, America will have a population of over 1 billion people in ten years after the amnesty legislation. We are about to witness something none thought could happen, happening. Can America support 1 billion people? Probably, but who wants to live in a nation of over 1 billion people, the majority of who are poor and with firearms. Another little diddy, jack up the population and remove the 2nd Amendment from the people. The path chosen?
thanks for the heads up!
This whole issue has my bp up. I don't think anything is going to change, in fact, I think our D.C. leadership is going to make decisions that will only make it worse. What I see happening....(unless there is a Revolucion)
In the end, D.C. will settle for a 'virtual' border and maybe a few more patrols because they don't want to offend by putting up a wall. They'll say it's too expensive. Democrats, catholic church, latino organizations will all push for this. Though we will be reassured this is an improvement, nothing will really change.
The current 'green card' program will be tweaked and have a name change to 'guest worker' program. Illegals who are 'earning their amnesty' will no longer be considered 'illegal'.
Laws will be passed making the hiring of 'illegals' a "federal offense" with jailtime and huge fines, but since workers are no longer considered 'illegal', there will be no more raids, arrests, catch & releases, and the employers will go unpunished for their employment, letting them completely off the hook for any previous employment of illegals. Companies like Tyson will never be punished.
The foreign ministers DO NOT WANT a path to US citizenship.
The foreing ministers want a guest worker program which FORCES the worker to return home.
US Citizenship amnesty is just something to help the democrat party with a new group which will need government handouts at taxpayer expense.
"Dump Our Scum on U.S. Soil" program.
