Durham, NC (AHN) - Adding insult to injury, Duke University is in the news again for yet another rape allegation. Police searched a dorm room this week after a female student said another student raped her following an end-of-classes party last week.
The Associated Press reports on Wednesday, police searched a male student's dorm for photos, videotapes, cameras, drugs and women's clothing. According to a search warrant application investigators stated they were looking into allegations of second-degree forcible rape, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
As of Friday morning there have been no official charges filed, however authorities did collect DNA samples from the woman and the alleged attacker.
The accuser says the man entered her room after the April 26 party and forcibly engaged in sexual intercourse. The man however told police he walked the woman to her room and put her to bed, denying reports he raped her.
The man's lawyer, Steve Sitkoff of Los Angeles, says there was "zero truth to the allegations."
Investigators did reveal the party the woman attended had a rigged vaporizer spewing marijuana and admit she consumed a large amount of alcohol.
Those were the days!
Those were the days!
Shame on you, we used an aquarium pump and some borrowed lab equipment.
In our town, we call it a rock concert!!

Reminds me of the scene from "Animal House" where school authorities are shuttering up the frat house and all sorts of mannequins / cows / paraphenalia are being removed therefrom.

And NO, that's not Patrick Kennedy there at center in the tie.
Those damn radical feminists create an expectation of date rape on college campi. My daughter went to college with a nice wardrobe of pretty clothes for sorority Rush and spent four years in baggy sweats courtesy of the myths they promote.
Did they find Mike Nifong's panties?
Better fire the school president and suspend the entire student body for the rest of the year.
Yeah, they should be looking at least at double-secret probation.
If I were a betting man, I would wager that we will hear very little more, if anything, about this case. Same thing with the LAX rape case. The more the woman's story seems suspect, the less the news covers it.
On the plus side, at least his name wasn't mentioned. Then again, no charges were filed -- why is that?
You're probably right, unless the MSM turns up evidence that these guys are Republicans.
A bit of trivia-- D-Day played the sheriff in "My Cousin Vinny".
Oh, yeah -- I've seen him in a lot of TV/movies. Good actor.
I would bet because they are probably both of the same race.

That's because women never lie about this things, of course.
