OK, Freepers, heads up. I will be on several television shows and radio shows in the next couple of weeks to promote my new book, America's Victories: Why the U.S. Wins Wars and Will Win the War on Terror. I'm posting this now because next week things start to get hectic and I might not be able to ping everyone who requested to be notified.
First, the book is out May 18. Here is the Amazon link:

I argue that the U.S. has seven major distinctive traits that makes the American military the best in the world. Suffice it to say, the Left is NOT going to like some of these traits, and, hence, will not like this book.
Second, here are some of the appearances that are scheduled now:
May 16, NRA Radio, 4:00 p.m. EST
May 18, Martha Zoller Show, 11:00 a.m. EST
May 22, Mancow in the Morning, 8:10 a.m. EST
May 22, Michael Medved Show, between 4-5 p.m. EST
May 24, Appearance on "Fox and Friends" between 7 and 8 a.m. EST
May 29 (Memorial Day), special segment on the book by Jeff Birnbaum of Washington Post, subbing for Brit, on "Special Report with Brit Hume," approx. 6-7 EST (I don't have a firm estimate on what time this will be shown, only that I'm filming the segment on May 23).
On July 5, I'll be in Wilmington, NC, giving a talk to the Marines at Camp Lejune, then on July 6 I'll be speaking to the John Locke Foundation
In addition, I will be having a booksigning in Dayton, OH, at Books & Co. on July 11 at 7:00, and in Phoenix, AZ in late July (TBD).
I'll also be on the Kirby Wilbur Show in Seattle, but can't give you specifics yet, and will have details on a 20-city satellite radio tour soon.

That's beautiful, those that hate us think we are just about materialism and we had it all handed to us which couldn't be further from the truth. Everything we are today is because of the hard war we fought and keeping the faith, Under God,those that think they can take it all away or get it for nothing are sadly mistaken.
I will ask to get a copy of the book for Mother's Day.
I'm very much looking forward to reading it and passing it onto a deployed airman I know.

Well, for my previous book, "A Patriot's History of the United States," Rush Limbaugh interviewed me for the "Limbaugh Letter," but never discussed the book on-air, mainly because right after my interview, he took off for Afghanistan, then when he came back, the Terry Scaivo thing hit, and it was wall-to-wall for two weeks, by which time his NEXT interview was up. My publisher figures that bit of bad luck cost us 20,000 sales.
I'm in OH about 45 minutes south of Cleveland. Let me know if you get to Columbus or Cleveland on your book tour :)

Well, here's one thing we can do: if you can put together a group of 15 or so people who either have the book or would buy it there, I'll be happy to drive up. Just find a Barnes & Noble, and they'll be happy to host it. I had a Freeper in W VA do that for my "Patriot's History". He got the store mgr. to set it up, and got a dozen people out. But the key is to make sure there are some people who will turn out. Otherwise, it isn't worth the time, or, at these prices, gas. Let me know. My e-mail is on the website, www.patriotshistoryusa.com
