Only a few blogs (and almost no mainstream media) have realized the truth about Iranian madman Ahmadinejad’s letter to President Bush. It was not an offer to negotiate, and it was not simply a lunatic’s rant. It was a calculated invitation to convert to Islam, a da’wa—an Islamic requirement (commanded by Mohammed) before waging war against unbelievers.

Heard this on the radio yesterday. Apparently bin Laden sent a similar missive to Clinton.
Yeah, I recognized it immediately but it was done in such a way that it was pretty vague. I expect that the MSM will ignore this because they didn't say it first. I was hoping they would catch it before it got too much coverage here for just that reason. The MSM are like children, sometimes it's best to let them think it's their idea.

Even IF every attack is preceded by a warning, that doesn't mean every warning is followed by an attack. Some could be mere bluster.
Very true. This letter was quite a grandiose thing to do, however. Of course we all hope this is just bluster, though.

We are now witnessing the emasculation of America by the left in this country.

What do you mean "does anyone plan to do anything about all of this?" The way you are phrasing that it sounds like you think we are doing nothing simply because we haven't nuked Iran.
Please don't try to hijack this thread with immigration talk; it is very disruptive.

This is true, but one must plan and prepare, and even act, as if the attack is coming. For one thing, that tends cut on the bluster from the next megalomaniac who is thinking of declaring he wants to kill infidels.
