Posted on 05/11/2006 7:54:32 PM PDT by Texas Old Dude

This Local has nothing to do with any alleged management directives to report the location of the Minutemen volunteers to the Mexican government. Our position on the Mexican government and their military is very clear. They are corrupt, they shoot at us, they smuggle drugs, they encourage illegal aliens to invade this country...

We have to be very careful about what we read in the liberal press these days - especially as we grow closer to the 2006 elections.
They'll do or spin anything to try to anger the Republican base and get them to stay home. That's their plan, it's as obvious as heck, and it's working on the gullible.

Rather gate had "proof" of Bush's military service, too. They also had documents to accompany their claims. Had it not been for the eye of an alert FReeper, that story may have been believed today.

Know thy enemy.

Given the amount of illegal drugs coming over the gorder, it isn't a stretch to believe some agents are corrupt and tipping off the Mexicans of Vincente's feudal state to where 'not' to cross at a given time.

Almost makes you wonder why the people in power don't want a wall built doesn't it?

Can not be said too often. Be VERY careful and check your emotions at the door for the next six months.

We don't need a wall, we need something similar to what prevents intrusion into Area 51, complete with the warning signs and hot patrols to enforce it.

You misread the article. This Local Border unit is adamantly opposed to amnesty programs. Quoting from their site: The Sell-Out Continues - According to Ted Kennedy, Americans support amnesty for illegal aliens (he calls it "earned citizenship", which means you break laws to "earn" your citizenship). Hey Teddy, we are Americans, and we don't support anything you're doing. You are a disgrace. Make sure you count us out when you lie to everyone about the "broad support" your amnesty plan enjoys. While you're at it, tell the AFL-CIO to take a hike as well. They are equally disgraceful when it comes to selling this country down the drain.

Heyyyyyy!!! Good point! If it's government property, it's sealed up so tight air can't even get through!!
If it's citizens property, it's an open door complete with a building sized fan!

"Quoting from their site: The Sell-Out Continues "

Actually, I read the article directly under the one that you are referencing. I think the entire site is adamantly opposed to amnesty programs.
