Don't take this personally - I'm just responding on a live thread to the last post I ran across - my comment has nothing to do with your post I just can't control my mouse or find the Ctrl-Home key to help locate a chance to post to the thread's owner or even the page up/page down keys to find something even remotely on point to respond to - I have to add this part as its bad form to end a sentence with a preposition.

That story misquoted him. The doctor said he didn't have to worry about cancer, but HEARTBURN, not heartbreak.

They are even changing the quotes to make themselves look better!

This is the sense in which Tony used the expression. Like so many words now a days they have also taken on derogatory meanings.
