I remember getting that message one time last week when someone sent me a link to review. :-)

Ping in case you missed this, and "Semper Fi!" to you. This former Marine has made retiring that disgraceful EX-Marine a pet project of mine.

Once a Marine.....
My active service was '70 to '72.

Mine was '84-'93. But the "Once a Marine..." adage doesn't always apply. See Clayton Lonetree, Lee Harvey Oswald, and Jack Murtha.

Oh, I agree with that all right. Murtha is definitely an EX Marine.
Who is Lonetree?

"Has Murtha lost his mind? Seriously, possibly he needs some help. He knows this HOW?"

He learned it through "Doonesbury".

Clayton Lonetree

Ignore the Pollard pleas, and just read the Lonetree history. :-)

Why is t the politicians ( maybe thats why they are politicians who were in combat, see war, and then turn around and become a bunch of poosies like Kerry and little Johnnie McCain?

I would never put John McCain in the same category as those other two sleazeballs. And there have been a lot of fine veterans who made fine Congressional representatives. But we just notice it more when veteran Congress critters do abandon our military because it is such an utter betrayal!

Some suggestions here for us to constructively use our anger to send Murtha into early retirement.

Thanks Coop. I'm thinking this letter from Lt. Pantano to WaPo could be a good thing to use for the people who half agree with these articles that keep being posted.

Do you think it wise to keep posting it or the link to it on a regular basis?

Absolutely. It's pretty difficult to argue with anything he says. Of course, that won't stop some people...
