Iranian photos of boy being punished for stealing bread.
I received this heads up from my sister-in-law in Colombia.
If this has posted earlier sorry but we need to see this everyday to understand what these Muslims are capable of doing.
This should be seen by all who think Islam is a religion of peace and compassion.
Over and over again.

Most Iranians seem to approve, I see no evidence of rebellion, only Nationalism.
They seem like their leader's trash-talk, and threats.

It was not only posted months ago, but debunked, also.
Believe it or not, this is a kid whose father has him "peforming" this sick stunt.

In lieu of actually viewing this, can we just get a description of what is taking place in these photos?

The kid is not actually hurt...it's an act that he performs for money. Check out the link to snopes above.

Have seen this one in the past. It was debunked, I think on Snopes.com. The kid and his family earn money this way, sort of like a carnival side show.
There is either something in the cloth wrapping the kids arm or the kid puts his arm in a shallow trench that allows the truck to go over his arm without causing harm. Dad bets the onlookers that the truck can roll over the kids arm without harm. Bets are placed, the truck rolls, the kid puts on a face of pain, and might even scream, (what's a show without a little drama). Moments later, the kid gets up like nothing has happened, Dad picks up his cash, and the family can buy something for dinner that evening.
Are barbaric things done in the name of Islam? You betcha! It is my understanding, however, that this is not an instance of it.

As a squeamish person (who never looked at the beheadings)I can tell you this is "safe to view". There is a young boy with a towel wrapped around his forearm a truck drives part way onto the forearm---then backs up. You see the pain on the boy's face but do not see what his forearm looks like because of the towel.

I received this information in an Email from my sister in law who lives in Colombia last night.
My Email is in Spanish so I can only take it for granted that the explanation is what it is supposed to be.
She originally received this information from another attorney in Turkey.
Evidently the Iranian boy was hungry and stole a piece of bread.
He was caught and the men decided that his punishment should be having his arm broke.
So they laid the little child down, placed his arm on a rag and you can see the results.
I was surprised to see this information on a web site in a predominately Muslim country.
They must be proud of what they are doing.
Never mind that the child may be crippled for the rest of his life but Islam has been appeased.
If you have a different take on this story please post.
Maybe the boy said he was reading the bible?

I would bet that the folded blanket hides a shallow wooden channel, with the groove perhaps 1.5" deep x 1.5 wide. The tire isn't flexible enough to enter the groove, and the arm is surprizingly compressible, without damage. The kid has to cry, wail and writhe convincingly, but, I'll bet Daddy's little money maker gets an extra candy, and an xbox...

What makes anyone think that Snopes has the right take on this story.
It would not be beyond CAIR and other Islamic apologists to try and cover up what these people have done.
It is well known that in Saudi Arabia, Americans and foreigners don't go out on the streets on Fridays.
Friday is the day punishments are meted out at the local soccer stadiums.
Buses go around the city and pick up total strangers to be witnesses to these punishments.
An executive with a major oil company, who I have known for years, was picked up and made a witness.
He described some pretty sickening punishments especially for women and children.

FWIW, the traditional punishment in arabic countries for thievery is to lop off the offender's right hand, not run it over with a car.

Exactly,
there are lots of schticks used in the Far East to make money, and those involving children are really popular.
This is just par for the course.

If punishment is the point, then why wrap the arm in the blanket?Right. Islam is capable of some awful things, but Snopes knows their stuff. This is just a street scam.

I remember about 15 or so years, some so called charity was circulating a fund raising ad that had pictures of these African children with the flies on their faces. Later I find out the flies and the tots have a symbiotic relationship. It was a normal thing in that part of the world..
