North American Union to Replace USA? ("is this the plan?" alert!)
HumanEventsOnline.com ^ | 5/19/2006 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 05/19/2006 6:56:03 AM PDT by Dark Skies

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA to include Canada, setting the stage for North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:

At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.

What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:

In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized.

To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.

The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past.

The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:

The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments’ physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.

Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox.

Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

My point is that the whole take on NAFTA given by the article, despite it source, sounds like paranoid ravings of the post-John-Birch-Society incarnation of Lyndon La Rouche, and the inclusion of quotes form a CFR report fits nicely with his paranoia.

Yes, they see abortions as family planning.

It looks like our tax dollars ARE paying for abortions.

The United States federal government gives billions of US tax dollars a year to fund overseas abortions. The tax-dollars go to the largest abortion providers in the world -- as long as they say "abortion is not a method of family planning."

Read what Concerned Women for America had to say:
The Paul Amendment A Pro-life Policy for Today June 23, 2000
-- While the "Mexico City Policy" would stop taxpayer funding from being spent to lobby foreign governments to liberalize their abortion laws, our tax dollars would still allow the exportation of some very anti-life philosophies. Under this policy, U.S. funds would still be used for:

* Organizations that perform surgical abortions
* Indiscriminate distribution of abortifacients
(chemicals that cause abortions), such as the "morning after pill," Norplant, Depo-Provera and RU-486 (if it receives FDA approval).
* Fertility experiments on women, or intrauterine device (IUD) insertion, often without a woman’s consent or knowledge of the dangerous side effects.
* Advancement of Planned Parenthood-like models of sex education, that seek to socially re-engineer cultures by undermining family and religion.
* Massive and wasteful condom distribution to children and unmarried couples to the extent that many children in developing nations use condoms for balloons while doctors have no access to simple penicillin or anti-malarial medication.

I wonder how many babies our taxes murdered.

ahhhh... no John, and if you really want to be an informed Congresscritter, you might read up on the No American Union, which was laid out by my old school chum Bill Weld, late of Mass Gov office, who is the American rep putting the final touches on the plan that WILL erase north and south borders, so the megaglobalists can make more money... always follow the money like the trans Texas expressway to Baha Mexico where goods will bypass CA ports and the high union wages, and come straight via Mexican trucks to Kansas... been in the works a long time and merges nicely with Agenda 21 from the UN crowd. Interesting reading...

China harvesting inmates' organs, journalist says

Excerpt:

A Chinese official was the first person to reveal that secret medical work was being done at the Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, in Sujiatun, a suburb of Shenyang, the major city in northeastern China, he said.

Mr. Jin then said he found out that a large underground prison was built beneath the hospital and that members of the outlawed Falun Gong religious group were being held there. As many as 6,000 people are thought to be held prisoner at the underground facility, he said.

The hospital is harvesting the organs of the prisoners, including kidneys, livers, and eye parts, he said. The organs are then sold to people, from both China and abroad, who need medical organ transplants.

The distribution of fetal body parts to scientists is a million-dollar industry.

Good Lord!

Company pamphlets and paraphernalia from Opening Lines, for example, boast that it is their "goal to offer you and your staff the highest quality, most affordable and freshest tissue prepared to your specifications and delivered in the quantities you need when you need it." Their advertisements add such sales puffery as: "Our specimens vary widely in range including but not limited to those listed below: liver, spleen, pancreas, intestines, kidney, brain, lungs and heart block, spinal column and many more with appropriate discounts that apply if specimen is significantly fragmented." A veritable smorgasbord of human body parts is on the menu, and the researcher need only order what he or she wants.

What an inhumane world we are evolving into.

Most organs used in transplants at the hospital come from death-row prisoners in China, the sources said. The patients get their blood tested at the hospital and it usually takes about two to three weeks to locate a suitable prisoner as the "donor."

I'm speechless from both articles.

If you are keeping links on your profile, don't miss the rest of that thread that I have the Falun Gong posted from. It still goes back up to Healthy People 2010, UNFPA, UNFPA, UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson whom are all part of this NGO/UN business.

Maybe even green-umbrella.net. I have to look at that one more. Sounds like it would be related to Green Cross - Gorbachev or Green Cross - Monsanto.

Does that sound nuts?

Bush FOOLISHLY thought that Republicans would gain support among Hispanics if they were soft (an understatement) on illegal immigration.

I think it goes beyond that. Read the following quotes and tell me if that is someone just concerned about votes.

THE "NEW AMERICAN"

We are now one of the largest Spanish-speaking nations in the world. We're a major source of Latin music, journalism and culture.

Just go to Miami, or San Antonio, Los Angeles, Chicago or West New York, New Jersey ... and close your eyes and listen. You could just as easily be in Santo Domingo or Santiago, or San Miguel de Allende.

For years our nation has debated this change -- some have praised it and others have resented it. By nominating me, my party has made a choice to welcome the new America.

As I speak, we are celebrating the success of democracy in Mexico.

George Bush from a campaign speech in Miami, August 2000.

You can read the speech here.

Here is an excerpt of a good critique of that speech:

In equating our intimate historic bonds to our mother country and to Canada with our ties to Mexico, W. shows a staggering ignorance of the civilizational facts of life. The reason we are so close to Britain and Canada is that we share with them a common historical culture, language, literature, and legal system, as well as similar standards of behavior, expectations of public officials, and so on. Maybe even green-umbrella.net.

IMHO, green-umbrella is a nasty bunch.

I've been reading about the u.n.'s population control. I don't know why they haven't been kicked out of our country.

Have you seen where the u.n. is planning on our Independence Day, July 4, to get a treaty that would ban OUR weapons?

Over our July 4th holiday, on American soil, they are preparing to enact a legally-binding treaty that would give the U.N. unchallengeable power to ban civilian ownership of ALL firearms.

That means your rifles, your shotguns and your handguns. AND YOUR FREEDOM!

As I said before on this thread, all we have to keep this country from becoming a dictatorship is our guns. Looks like the un is working on that.

Chip implanted in cop's hand would allow only officer to fire the gun

Note from infowars.com: Remember, you heard it here first. When Alex interviewed Baja Beach Club director Conrad Chase about their chip implant PR push to implant all of their VIP customers Chase provided Alex and his listeners some inside info straight from VeriChip. He not only told Alex about the gun/chip implant technology described in the AP article below, but also told him that the CEO of VeriChip, Mr. Bolton, had told him that there was a plan to use the VeriChip as a global implantable identity system.

He also told Alex that that the VeriChip company had told him that the Italian government was preparing to implant all of their government workers.

Since the implant/gun information Chase provided proved to be true, we must all be very concerned about the expansion of the Beast System as outlined by Chase and VeriChip.

PALM BEACH -- A new computer chip promises to keep police guns from firing if they fall into the wrong hands.

The tiny chip would be implanted in a police officer's hand and would match up with a scanning device inside a handgun. If the officer and gun match, a digital signal unlocks the trigger so it can be fired. But if a child or criminal would get hold of the gun, it would be useless.

The technology is the latest attempt to create a so-called ``smart gun'' and could be marketed to law enforcement agencies within a year, according to Verichip Corp., which has created the microchip.

Verichip president Keith Bolton said that the technology could also improve safety for the military and individual gun owners.

``If you let your mind wander to other potential uses, you can imagine the lives that could be saved,'' he said.

Verichip, which has marketed similar microchips for security and medical purposes, announced Tuesday a partnership with gun maker FN Manufacturing to produce the smart weapons. The companies have developed a prototype and are working to refine its accuracy, Bolton said.

Similar developments are under way at other gun manufacturers and research firms. The New Jersey Institute of Technology and Australian gun maker Metal Storm Ltd. are working on a prototype smart gun that would recognize its owner's individual grip.

``We're at an interesting age where all sorts of science fiction is becoming real technology,'' said Donald Sebastian, NJIT vice president for research and development and director of the project.

The technology could also eventually have an even bigger impact on the illegal gun trade, Sebastian said.

The FBI estimated that 67 percent of the 16,204 murders in 2002 were committed with firearms.

``You have a long-term benefit of making it much more difficult for a handgun to have any value to anyone other than the original owner,'' Sebastian said.

But until the smart-gun technology is repeatedly proved to be reliable, some law enforcement authorities remain leery.

The scanning device could malfunction, the officer's hand with the computer chip could be smashed during a fight or an officer might need to use a partner's gun, said West Palm Beach police training Sgt. William Sandman.

``We have power outages, computers crash. Would you risk your life knowing all those things that could go wrong?'' Sandman said.

Verichip's Bolton said those concerns already are being addressed. He said the guns can be designed to work for an officer, his partner and a supervisor. Departments could set routines where the scanning devices in guns could be checked before every shift.

The chip needs no battery or power source. It works much like those that have been implanted in pets over the past decade so they can be identified if they get lost. Verichip, a subsidiary of the Palm Beach-based technology firm Applied Digital Solutions, developed a ``more intelligent'' version two years ago for humans and estimates that about 900 people worldwide have been implanted with them.

The chips can be used instead of security key cards at office buildings or to use global positioning satellites to keep track of a relative who might suffer from Alzheimer's. It can store medical information that emergency rooms could read or financial and identification information to prevent fraud.

The chip, about the size of a grain of rice, is inserted into an arm or hand with a syringe _ much like a shot is given.

Bolton said the company has seen no medical complications and that the technology will only improve with time.

Once the technology is accepted, legislation could follow to encourage the use of smart guns. New Jersey already has passed legislation that will require smart gun technology on all handguns sold _ three years after the state attorney general certifies that smart guns are available in the marketplace.

The National Rifle Association opposes the legislation because of potential problems with smart-gun technology, but gun safety advocates argue that the technology could encourage gun ownership with the newfound sense of security.

``It seems that guns are the only product that haven't followed a path of development that leads to greater safety for the user. The only real change we've seen is to make them more lethal and smaller so they can be more easily concealed,'' said Rob Wilcox, a spokesman for the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence. ``This is one of the steps that hasn't been taken and we think this debate is one that needs to take place.'' ___
