Please be in prayer for our LadyX. She will be undergoing surgery tomorrow morning(5/24/06). Any of you who know LadyX, know that she has been a member of our FR Family for a long time and is very much loved and respected. She has inspired us, made us laugh, given us some of the wisest of advice, wowed us with tales of her life in the Marines, and shared her childhood memories of an idealic time. Some will recall the sailing of the Mobius, or the time on the tropical island. We have shared many adventures. Now, it's time to let her know how much she is loved.
Post your prayers, encouragements, jokes, pictures or memories, so she will have them to read when she gets back home.

We confess that You respond to believing prayer and that You long to bless us. We commit to You Your servant, LadyX and pray that Your loving arms would hold her close to You as she undergoes her surgery. We are confident that You will be there to guide the hands of the surgeon. You will be there in the tender care of the nurses, the encouraging words of her friends, and the loving prayers of those who lift her up to You. Thank You for the kindness and blessings You have prepared for her as You send her Your healing. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

What a wonderful person you are, LadyX, I miss those talks..

Oh, thank you for that graphic martin. She loves it. That's our girl alright. When I talked with her today, she was at peace and ready for the fight. She is incredible.

We hold up Lady X to You. Please pour Your life and Your healing into her. Strengthen and guide the doctors, nurses, and all those helping Lady X.
Please watch over her during and after the surgery.
Be with her loved ones, her family members, and all those who are keeping watch with You on her behalf in this hour.
We entrust Lady X to Your excellent care.

I didn't know LadyX was having surgery? Is this elective? What's going on? I will certainly lift her in my prayers. Whatever it is, LadyX, we'll be praying for your recovery. :)

Lovely Bill. Indeed we are all in God's hands. When I talked with LadyX today, she was completely at peace with her condition.

The Texas Cowboy thread is the first prayer thread I participated in when I first signed up on FR.
Between you, WVN, STARWISE, Lady X...and I know I am forgetting some....it was some of the most wonderful company.
I love to read Lady's stories of her life...with the lovely descriptions...and she has helped me when I have gotten down about my granddaughter's diabetes..
I am praying hard for her (you)....Lady X!

Aren't her stories wonderful? I've saved almost everything she has ever posted. I hope to someday put them into cronilogical order and keep them as a book. What a way with words she has. What a wonderful story-teller.

I don't know how many times her stories just made me laugh, or brought tears to my eyes...and I know I only read a fraction of her stories..
Like I told, BG, you all made TC's thread a daily treat for me....I didn't always post...but I visited and read everyday.
Well, I guess Lady X will have yet another story to tell us about when she recovers, right??
I haven't had the pleasure of meeting LadyX, but she sounds like a heck of a gal! I'll be praying for you along with the rest of your many FReeper FRiends, LadyX, wishing you a full recovery and a long and joyful life!
