I was happy to hear McLame tell Katie that at least the Liberty students were respectful, civilised and actually had the decency to listen to his speech. I subtle but effective backhand to the Christian hating leftist.

This is how Today chose to highlight the Bush-Blair talks.

McCain is going to hate dealing with the Driveby Media as they turn on him. He was a useful idiot and played his part to perfection but they will chew him up and spit him out... and there will be no one on the right who wants to help him out, because he has been such a turncoat on some important issues like CFR.

Right, and 'Cutsie' Couric is oging to pull CBS out of its nose dive.

Like asking a kid with water wings to save the Titianic!

Wouldn't you make a fortune on her if you were her dentist (Lord forgive me!).

amazing, the 'crafting' of the news. . .so as to make it fit to print. Great to see MSM continue to reward those who 'bias' the news for us. . .

As for Katie's new endeavor. . .'you go girl'. . .I see a huge cliff ahead . . .

Venomous Katie flagellates all conservatives and McCain has lost his luster with the treacherous and traitorous Ms. Couric - she coos over sleaze like Hillary and Bill Clinton.

Don't leave out the NY Times. Their front page coverage of the new Iraqi government last Sunday predicted that this was just the final stage before a slide into chaos. They don't even bother to disguise their glee.

the leftist media is more ridiculous by the hour...

this morning while getting my daughter ready I turned on CNN...

there top three headlines:

1- Cheney may be called to testify during Libby trial

2- Hasert demands retraction of ABC story

3- FBI talking to a few select congressmen about the NSA leak...

They then spend several minutes cover covering the potential of Cheney testifying.....they moves to the GWB-Bush meeting ending it with saying "this could be the final time the men meet as leaders as President Bush will only be in office a few more years"...of course they then went to the American idol story, never covering the Hassert or FBI headlines!

You summed it up beautifully. For some reason I broke my own rule and watched some of Today this morning. Couric was downright obnoxious. I'm certainly no defender of John McCain (I detest him, in fact), but this remark was offensive to all republicans:

"Some wonder whether what you gained in appealing to religious conservatives will hurt you with more moderate members of your party if you do run for president. In retrospect, are you glad you made this appearance?"

I guess Katie doesn't realize that most people who vote Republican are believers, even moderates. For republicans who aren't, they certainly aren't going to offend people who are religious like democrats do routinely.

It's obvious to me that the media knows perfectly well how to tweek McCain, knowing very well that his volatile temper might errupt at anytime if annoyed. It's like a game with them. They will continue trying to irritate him, and for that I should be grateful. I hope that famous temper of his will flare again soon. The sooner he is eliminated as a Presidential contender, the better.

Good story. David Gregory and Katie Couric, does it get any worse than that, lol?

How about Paul Begala and Ellen Ratner?

;-)

If the Today show is ever targeted by the Islamofacists, perhaps they'll discover there really is evil in this world, and it isn't from George Bush, or Christians, or conservatives.

But I doubt it. They'll probably find a way to say "George Bush made these terrorists mad, and that is why the Islamicists attacked us."

"Couric was downright obnoxious."

She's practicing to take over the Dan Rather Memorial Anchor Chair.
