(Iranian) MP: Village with cavemen discovered at Jiroft heights
IRNA ^ | May 24 | Staff

Posted on 05/26/2006 1:39:03 PM PDT by PghBaldy

Iran-Cave MP from Jiroft, Ali Zadsar here Wednesday said that a village whose residents are cavemen has been discovered at the heights of the city of Jiroft near Anbarabad in the southeastern province of Kerman. Speaking on the sidelines of Majlis open session, he said that a village was discovered 120 kms from the town of Anbarabad in the winter of 2005. He added that the residents of the newly-discovered village put on no clothes and feed on leaves. Zadsar said, "The village, called Pid-Nekoupieh, is situated in the mountain and the 200 people who live there have never left their residence." Quoting those who have visited the village, he said that the residents of Pid-Nekoupieh know nothing about the Almighty God, religion, Islam and have never seen any vehicle in their lifetime. "Besides, they have never been to hospitals nor have they taken any medicine, for which they must feel sorry after finding out about it after so many years," he added. The MP said that of the 700,000 people residing in southern Kerman, 300,000 live in cottages, adding that there are still some villages in the province which have not yet been discovered. Zadsar called on the cabinet to allocate the required credit to the province to be used in solving the problems facing it, such as fighting famine and repairing the provincial roads.

He added that the residents of the newly-discovered village put on no clothes and feed on leaves.

Which is forbidden in the Koran, therefore, they must be put to death immediately.

Whoa! ping

Never having heard of Islam, poor things... probably being measured for burkas and prayer beads as we speak.....

This incredibly important find, and it has to be in Iran.

Nope. It is an approved practice. All the Prophet's goats, sheep and camels did not put on any clothes and fed on leaves.

I was wondering where the next Iranian President would come from. We have found the place. Now have them nominate a caveperson to run, the country couldn't do any worse than it has now!

Wonder what the women look like??

I hate to throw a monkey wrench into the story but feeding on leaves is quite a stretch nutritionally.

Sounds totally bogus.

Giraffes get plenty tall on that diet.

Yep, you are right about that.

Wonder how 'tall' these cave people get. Wonder how intellectually stunted they are? Wonder what leaves, plant source, they consume and what the nutritional values are of those leaves, vitamins, minerals, protein etc.? Since they are naked, does that mean that it is never cold in the area they live?

So many questions, so little information.
