This is a good point that is worth remembering. These whackos: declare that X is bad; Y will prevent X; therefore, keep your eye on Y and don't pay any attention to what happens to X. Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

The scientific evidence for "Global Warming" just isn't there. Thirty years ago the liberals were warning about "Global Freezing". That didn't happen either.

This entire crisis is manufactured by the MSM and Dems to get them back into power. They need to "prove" that their crisis is more important that terrorism. Time and money for only one crisis at a time.

In the 1970s Paul Erlich in those liberal books he wrote predicted that by the early 21st century nearly all of Canada would be covered by a glacier.

The solution to global warming is simple and easily with the control of humanity:

It is called nuclear winter. Perhaps, nuclear winter is a bit harsh. Therefore, we should probably just strive for a nuclear fall. This feat could easily be accomplished by, say, dropping a few hundred nukes on Iran.

This solution has a number of obvious merits beyond stopping global warming in its tracks. Not the least of these is taking care of two threats to national security, one imagined and one real. However, there others. This action would not only force Syria and other state sponsors of terrors to back off of their nefarious activities, but it would put Mother Nature on notice as well.

All of this accomplished without any negative impacts on the economy, SUVs or snail darters. What do say???

I wish that were true, but I see nothing that is going to jump up and stop it.

This is a hoax that makes the believers and advocates feel good about themselves. These types of hoaxes are very hard to stop, since those who believe it feel they are more concerned and caring people, and thus, all detractors are simply selfish and evil. Thus, just like any good conspiracy theory, facts never get in the way.

We see British Petroleum adds that are nothing more than leftist propaganda, I for one, refuse to buy BP products as a result of the sell-out hysteria the media is spoon feeding us with.

Fox, on the other hand, is giving a level headed perspective that Global Warming is not a panic issue and that it's effects have been dramatized and exaggerated.

Not many people in the worlds largest free society are willing to give up their comfort or financial gains and potential financial opportunity for any cause. Especially a cause that is still unproven and highly disputed by so many.
