sarcasm tag on: Charlie Crist hands TERRI SCHIAVO a 24 pack of life saving water.

(Crist's heroes, Judge Greer and Judge Whittemore killed Terri Schiavo by DEHYDRATION and as FLA AG, Crist did nothing to prevent it.) Fla AG's Civil Rights Dept. for the disabled CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Michael Brown is editor at www.spiritdaily.com/

"The Church of Scientology has a strong hold in that part of Florida. Scientology abhors the disabled. LRonHubbard is the founder of Scientology. The following quote is from Michael Brown's editorial:

"Said Hubbard's son in an interview: "I believed in Satanism. There was no other religion in the house! Scientology and black magic. What a lot of people don't realize is that Scientology is black magic that is just spread out over a long time period. To perform black magic generally takes a few hours or, at most, a few weeks. But in Scientology it's stretched out over a lifetime, and so you don't see it. Black magic is the inner core of Scientology --and it is probably the only part of Scientology that really works. Also, you've got to realize that my father did not worship Satan. He thought he was Satan. He was one with Satan."

So, LRonHubbard was "one with Satan". He created a religion with it's "mecca" in Clearwater. The ME who will perform the autopsy is part of the same government that brought such stellar individuals as BTK greer; Sixth Circuit Court Judge Mark I. Shames; Attorney General Charlie Crist; Deborah Bushnell; Rep. Gus Bilikaris; Sheriff Everett Rice; and the list goes on..."

("That part of Florida is PINELLAS COUNTY. CHARLIE CRIST is from Pinellas and Pinellas is one big fat mess thanks to special interests.) FV

Senator Lieberman is paying for his support of Terri with Mikey there to campaign agains him. Maybe O.J. will show up against Lieberman, too.

The man who spurred a national debate over his wife's right-to-die case will be in Connecticut today to campaign for Lamont. Michael Schiavo will join Lamont at an event in Hartford. Last year Schiavo fought to have his wife Terri's feeding tube removed. Lamont has criticized Lieberman for supporting a bill that gave federal court jurisdiction to intervene in the Schiavo case. Michael ultimately won the right to remove his wife, feeding tube.

The incumbent senator Joe Lieberman kicks off his "Joe's Tomorrow Tour" today. Lieberman will make stops in six communities; it's part of a 10-day tour of the state.

Attorney general candidated duke it out over not helping Terri.

Campbell followed, noting that courts repeatedly ruled in favor of Schiavo's husband, yet Bush intervened anyway.

"I would never get involved as the governor did to force his opinions on this family," Campbell said.

2 attorney general candidates debate Schiavo case... 'Skip' Campbell and Bill McCollum differ on Jeb Bush's role, with a slight shift by McCollum.

In "Star Wars Episode III," Darth Vader slaughters hundreds of children just to save his wife's life. Today, advocates of embryonic stem-cell research have duped millions of Americans with the same lie.

Today, if the so-called Catholics who support the Democrats had their way, John Kerry would be president. Our tax dollars would then be going to fund a barbaric practice that has shown no real promise in clinical testing.

While I disagree with many things President Bush has done, including his failure to save the life of Terri Schiavo, he deserves a medal for vetoing this bill.

I'm just curious. Why is this thread, which has almost no followers, still being served to us in "Breaking news"?

If there were a news item to post, it should be posted as a new article. This thread is just in the way, as a continuous repeat of things posted and reposted, and most poeple will pass it by. Nothing new here, move along, is the attitude, I perceive. It's not like a Backhoe thread.

TS is not being served, nor will she be brought back from God's glorious rest! It does not make sense to continue beating this horse. Find new stories to highlight your premise.

it looks, to me, more like a pity party, more than an educational attempt!

I'm not trying to rain on any parades, just trying to bring a little light.

AM, feel free to delete my post if it is out of line.

Chief Justice John Roberts called for increased judicial protection [JURIST report] in his 2005 year-end report on the judiciary [PDF text] after the high-profile killings of a Georgia state judge and two relatives of a Chicago district court judge [JURIST reports] last year. Supreme Court [official website] Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor [OYEZ profiles] have both said in recent speeches that they have been the target of death threats. In a March address [NPR report] O'Connor - without naming names - made reference to remarks [JURIST report] by former House Majority leader Tom DeLay following the death of Terri Schiavo. DeLay had called for the impeachment of all judges involved in the case and later remarked that "the time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior." Many interpreted his remarks as a call for violence against judges. Security for judges is also becoming a national concern according to US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales [official profile] who reported in March that 75 percent of the country's federal judges have requested home security systems [JURIST report] funded by the government. USA Today has more.

If you have been following the dailies over time you would find a plethora of links to related issues, victims and potential victims of the death forces which killed Terri. Some have actually resulted in saved lives and our threads are being monitored by many who do not post.

We are not about rehashing all Terri now long gone, but her Legacy which continues important to many. The saving of Andrea Clark came from the previous monthly, one of our own, picking it up and news media picking up from there.

We are fighting attitudes of the death supporters who want the subject of such killing of innocents to just move on and go away, yet the news media continues to be filled with new related topics every day. The legacy of Terri has not gone away, continues as the injustice continues.

The previous monthly thread stacked up a high number of hits and on varied topics, not as you suggest. You have not been reading them or you would not make such statement.

If you are not trying to rain on anyone's parade, then don't. Even though the liberals and left would agree with you, many freerepublic people still see this as justice unrequited and liable to spread so long as we all sit in silence.

Some satire as Mikey becomes the icon of the death culture...

If you believe the polls - and really, who doesn’t? - most people were on Michael “yank it!” Schiavo’s side when his wife Terri turned into an immobile political football back in 2005. That said, the connection between agreeing with Schiavo and having him tell you who to vote for is tenuous. Not as tenuous as, say, a thin plastic tube, but pretty flimsy all the same.

So can anyone figure out why Ned Lamont, the anti-war challenger to Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.), is letting Schiavo campaign for him tomorrow? Lieberman gets Bill Clinton and Lamont gets Michael Schiavo to counterpunch? We thought the liberal blogs were supposed to win this one.

Pulling the Plug on Joe?

This thread really bugs you huh?

There are many situations similar to Terri's which have occurred since her death. There are a lot of links to news items re the same type struggle, legislation, and disability related topics and they are all tucked into one nice thread instead of, as you suggest, a bunch of separate threads for each item which would most definitely be getting in your way. I don't see this in the breaking news either.

Let me see if I have this correct. Instead of one thread which is getting in your way, you would prefer several threads getting in your way.

Nothing is "getting in my way". This thread has a short ping list, and few 'FReepers" seem to respond. I am the first "outsider" to post on it, lately. This is more of a "mutual admiration" thread.

I am not concerned about TS, you are correct. She is buried, and you are wasting your life braying at the moon. You haven't "saved" anyone with this thread. There are too many people still dying a spiritual death every day.

The Christian mission is to spread the Good News of Jesus. No sinner cares what you think. They don't know they are sinners. Their hearts are hardened. It is not until they come to know Him, that hearts can change. God will sort it out, you know (or do you?). I will be happy to clog up the thread with Scripture to explain myself, if you need it!

If you would devote as much of your time to spreading the Gospel (Good News), Jesus could return and destroy all this fecal material around us. Jesus saves... (and it ain't green stamps)!

Haleigh Poutre update...

SPRINGFIELD - Hampden County District Attorney William M. Bennett said yesterday that Jason D. Strickland, indicted Wednesday in connection with injuries suffered last year by his stepdaughter, Haleigh Poutre, is charged under a joint venture theory.

"At the time these charges were initially brought in the Westfield District Court, Holli Strickland (Jason Strickland's wife) was also charged," Bennett said in a statement.

Despite Holli Strickland's death since the incident, assault charges against Jason Strickland are being brought because he allowed someone else to assault the girl. Haleigh later became the center of controversy in a right-to-die case.

You are threatening to clog up our thread with spam?? You realize of course this is how trolls attack our threads. Past threads are littered with the expired remains of trolls who use such tactics. You are not a troll, are you?

And you claim to be a Christian, too. My, how Christian!

I guess when you have no good response, it is also standard to attack the credidability of the opposition. Did you bother to read what I said, or do your emotions color everything you read?

You seem to be trolling with this entire thread, dude (or dudette), according to your "standard". My entire purpose is to direct your thoughts to the reason why sinners don't care. I guess you are trying to convince all the Christians!

PS- your tagline is incorrect. Your trust seems to be in man... and it will be wasted every time!

John 3:1ff- 1Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

3In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.[a]"

4"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You[c] must be born again.' 8The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

9"How can this be?" Nicodemus asked.

10"You are Israel's teacher," said Jesus, "and do you not understand these things? 11I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.[d] 14Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.[e]

16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[f] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.[g] 19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."[h]

In this passage, we get the Gospel handed to one who KNOWS the gift, yet had no living knowledge of the Giver!

Kevin Fobbs is an up and coming radio talk show host for one thing and for another, this is a news digest wherein breaking news re: a culture of life is added daily here.

There are important elections upcoming in Florida and the candidates are either for the culture of life or the culture of death. Tom Gallagher for Fla governor is for the culture of life. Charlie Crist's endorsements are packed with participants in the death lobby and Crist called homicidal Judges Greer and Judge Whittemore HEROS for killing Terri Schiavo. Florida voters should not believe Charlie Crist when he says he is pro-life. It's a big lie.

There is still interest in this thread and moving threads around at free republic corrals news as well as activism. Check the views instead of the number of posts. Terri's Day also serves as Terri's Dailies where breaking news is added daily.

There are many freepers following Terri, the aftermath and the future of America. You stating that there is no interest in the topic is short sighted of you. It is just your opinion.

Freepers who know Terri should have been saved follow breaking news on other people who are ailing, who report breakthroughs in their health, or whose lives are hanging in the balance and Terri's freepers are big on grassroots activism too.

Terri is a witness to the inequities towards the disabled that exist in modern day America. The culture of death would like to worm their way into high office, state cabinets and agencies all over the nation.

The culture of death never takes a day off and neither do their opponents. We have every reason to be here. Free Republic is one of the stops people make to ask for help when they have a family member who is in trouble due to a direct attack by pro-death advocates and organ harvesting enterprises who are eager to get fresh organs. Even judges can launch a direct attack for the death lobby against an innocent person. The country is at critical mass and thanks to Terri, many watchdogs are following breaking news on all aspects of abusing and taking advantage of the most vulnerable among us.

Thanks for bumping this thread. If someone, even a democrat needs help, they'll come to FR looking for one of Terri's Freepers at the Terri's Day Thread.

We provide breaking news and a helping hand too. If you want to dispute the existence of this thread, you will be hard pressed to find someone who will engage w/you.

Are you attempting to euthanize this thread about euthanasia?

8mmmauser, please ping your list and ask Terri's freepers to bump this thread to the top.
