I think Savage was the first to call Murtha a traitor and a coward just after he gave pause to consider his service in the military. But, like Savage says, just because you did serve, it doesn't excuse stabbing your fellow soldiers in the back. After all, there are 150,000+ of them still over there trying to get back alive!!!
Dr. Laura most certainly has a son, Deryk, now serving in the military. Don't know how he figures that she doesn't have a child. Hell, I'm almost 50 and I'm STILL my mother's little girl!
Today Savage has ranted against the Dubai ports deal and doncasters, against Murpha, against Pinchy Salzberger's destructive influence on America, et al. What exactly do you disagree with so far on his program?
I appreciate his thoughts on these issues. So why am I brain-dead?

Hey, Savage is alot of things ,but you have to remember he saw all of the real idiots of the sixties who are still around and nuttier than ever, and are funding alot of the lefty crap that all of the conservative talkers are fighting.
I couldnot stand SAavage when i first heard him 5 years ago, but little by little i turned around.
So what if he flies off the handle sometimes, and if Medved, O'reilly, Kudlow, Brooks,McCain...don't like him, or call him names.
He just now said he has the best radio show, best callers, of course he's bragging, but all the other talkers do the same thing.
With Savage it's just LOUDER!!!And if it hurts your ears, then it's just too bad.

Hey don't forget Levin-ites, (not exactly the same as the biblical Levites) they seem to visit quite often. But they're all just hit and run keyword posters, they can't handle serious debate.
It's ok. After introducing her crew, she opens every hour with something like "and me, I am the proud mother of an American soldier." She is strongly pro-military and has even delved into the occasional political topic when it comes to leftists showing disrespect and contempt to our soldiers and Marines. She's ok in my book.
Ann Coulter doesn't have children, but she's not a host. Ingraham is a host, doesn't have children, but does she focus on family values? Medved has three children. Glenn Beck spent a long time talking about his adoption process last year.

Savage talking about how God wants his men to be strong and not sniveling little PC cowards like most mindless liberal men who are usually homosexuals or woman dominated men who would rather let women do all the heavy work.
He never refers to the New Testament so He must still cling to his Jewish roots. I'm told you are Jewish if you're born Jewish and not just converted.

That is one of the many reasons I stopped listening to him when he was local on KSFO. That, and his relentless lifting of ideas and words from FReepers, saying he invented it. If he's referring to Dr. Laura and saying she is not a parent, then he's never listened to her and has no basis for an informed opinion.
I have to say that Laura's stance on raising children has been spot-on, and has been a real help to me while navigating life in California. I took my son to see her live show - he really likes her and is comforted that other people besides mom care about how kids are raised. I didn't care for her much at first - took about a week to "get" her. I can't imagine how many marriages she's helped to save with her simple idea that women with fangs do not a good wife and soulmate make.
Savage also mentioned that this particular talk show host would prefer to "date flakes on the internet." That help?
