How complicit are The Murthas and Kerrys to this ? How does constantly hearing from the home front, wrong war ,wrong place at the wrong time contribute to the frustration of the combat Marine who risks their life everyday?
We call this a War,I dont agree I call it a Police action ,these Marines are patrolling city streets waiting to be shot at ,then when they return fire they are now going to be charged with murder if there are women and children shot .Folks if anyone can see how you win something like this please let me know.
I guess if you voluntarily want to sacrifice your best and bravest to SHOW left wingers how good you are ,well they might give you grudging credit for 30 seconds before they then go back to form and condemn you as a war monger. But the fact remains we are not fighting a conventional war this is a police action
We are told that most of the provinces in Iraq are functioning fairly normal and there are a few that are bad, well then how about a conventional war in those .

I would rather be an Iraqi in a Hidatha guarded by Marines, then a subject of Al-Qeda anywhere.
Great tagline sir.

The bottom line is I trust these marines with my grandchildren before I would ever trust most liberal politicians and their propaganda media.

As far as I am concern, these marines did nothing wrong. Shame on those that do not stand behind them. Until you walk in their shoes, you have no idea what they go thru on a daily basis. God Bless everyone of them. If it wasn't for our brave men and women in the military, we would be a country of cowards. Thank God for everyone of them that volunteer after 9/11 willing to sacrifice their lives so that the rest of us could live in safety. Pox on those that want to destroy this country and those they fight to defend it.

Good morning.
"Safety is not the primary issue."

Actually, safety is the primary issue. Efficiency and convenience are secondary.

Moving from safe to semi auto or to full auto and back requires and the use of two hands and is not a natural action.

You are right about the Russian attitude towards the wellbeing of their people though.

I'm not calling that treasonous piece of crap "former Marine." It's EX-Marine for him, just like it is for Lee Harvey Oswald and Clayton Lonetree.

Certainly, the Geneva Conventions could never condone killing civilians? The Geneva Conventions do not, but the terrorists, not U.S. soldiers, are culpable for the deaths, because the civilians (protected persons) are in terrorist hands, and the area becomes a legitimate territory for military operations because of terrorist actions. I know life is hard, but that is what the forth convention says.
