What are the big accomplishments?
The biggest changes have come in the intelligence community, the removal of 'the wall' being one of the best examples. Another big change is prosecuting terrorism conviction and prevention as a military matter and not a legal one. And quite frankly the biggest change is that we take terrorism seriously now.
